Sorry but it's not easyer...just saying that speed need a lot of leg control as you can see Eugene is using a lot of leg here..this is a really difficult song for stamina and tempo change.. a lot trippy

@@lucyferinaI find if you play it as doubles the triples part of very hard to get clean. Playing it as singles and saving doubles for the triples parts feels easier to me.

Saw Decapitated live with 3 different drummers and Eugene is here making the band sound tight and perfect like nothing I've heard before. So good.

Ill tell you why someone plays a broken hi hat...First of all "waste not want not". And theres other possibilities such as using someone elses gear. Or no time to repair or do proper maintenance when doing shows and moving around alot. Who knows? Thats great attention to detail you have.Im sure you noticed it still sounded great and nobody in the audience could hear anything out of place. ..... Eugene youre such a beast. I never grow tired of watching you tear shit up.

Do you think cymbals crack more often with the Shedders? I'm asking because I loved this stick for being a bit bigger than 2Bs and with a round tip, but cymbals are very expensive in my country.

Cymbals arent as often shared but sometimes things just break. It'd be kinda weird to play death metal softly either way

Goddamn those hihats are a mess lol

In this video; I do not recommend using paiste cymbals, that break easily

He sounds like a fucking engine... technically he does need to keep the time so he is just that

I haven't seen any of the recent decapitated drummers play some parts correctly, they play the main part ok but some others are just played differently, I at least would play as close to Vitek as I could out of respect to the author.

Well back in the days when Spheres of Madness was written/published it was 2002 and it is considered to be very technical and innovative at that time. Decapitated were one of those young talented tech death bands. Of course if you look at it now it's probably not as special as it was back then.

That double bass sound (or triggers) truly awful
