Where can I buy a replacement cable at a reasonable price? Unfortunately all of the MMCX cables have a flat connector.

My understanding of MMCX is that it’s a standard. You can use devices and accessories, that conform with that connector type, interchangeably. Is this connector MMCX, or not?

MMCX connectors are standard but Etymotic uses a modified version of their own that doesn't work with all of the other after market cables you may have.
