Eton Centris Cyberpark
Eton Centris is a development in Quezon City by Lucio Tan's Eton Properties Philippines. Eton Centris is located at the southeast corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. It is a major component of the Triangle Park business district.It covers an area of 12 hectares.
Eton Centris was announced in October 2008 as Eton's second major mixed-use development township project, after the 1,000 hectares (2,500 acres) Eton City in Santa Rosa, Laguna. In total, the development was planned to have seven office buildings and ten high-end residential condominiums. Eton developed Centris Station and Centris Walk simultaneously with two other projects.
The 18,000 square metres (190,000 sq ft), 12-floor Eton Cyberpod Centris office building targets business process outsourcing companies.Each floor has 2,000 square metres (22,000 sq ft). The building is listed as an approved IT Center by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, making export-oriented companies located therein eligible for temporary tax holiday, permanent reduced rate of corporate income tax, and other incentives.
SM Hypermarket was chosen as the anchor store for the complex's mall in October 2008

Ang quezon city may pinakamalaking gdp na syudad pero ang infrastracture kulelat parin. Dapat pagandahin na ang mga sidewalks, urban poor houding program etc. Until now mkaluma parin. Mga belmonte at atienza mga sinaunang tao talaga.

Parang Starmall ang datingan ng Eton Centris. Kahit na mas luma ang Gateway 1 diyan, mas luma pa rin tignan ang Centris. lol Dapat nga talaga ay i-renovate at i-redevelop nila yan na gawin mall with fully integrated transport hub para sa Q Ave. Kung kinakailangan ay gibain nila at gawing tulad ng Ayala One. Halos makatabi pa naman yung Vertis North at Eton Cyberpark. Kung ikukumpara silang dalawa, sobrang layo ng agwat. Hindi maximized ang potential ng Eton. Parang ginawa lang siya para masabing may portfolio ang Eton.

@@dennisquicksign157 thailand nga halos spaghetti wire lahat ng sidewalks pero msmgnda lng infras nila kysa atin, few slums, etc. Pero wala pa cilang cbd na world class like mkati and bgc.

@@dennisquicksign157 Ang Tanging Pag asa ng Pilipinas, para umunlad, ay kung magiging isa ng US State ang Pilipinas... at US government na ang magpapatakbo sa Pilipinas at dina ang mga Pulitikong Buwaya na puro nalang pangako na kahit isa walang namang matutupad sa mga ipinapangako, sa halip puro pang sariling interest ang layunin sa pag upo sa Pwesto. Kaya ang Tanging Solusyon nalang para magkaroon ng Pagbabago sa Pilipinas ay kung magiging US State na ang Pinas.
The aesthetic looks mediocre. Finishing material is seemingly cheap. Even the plants (trees, shrubs) are not well planned. The developer sure exhibits austere in every way. Such a waste of space and location.
