As an old person; what we really need to do is vote the old people out; especially those close to or that have been there for 20 years. Spending half my life in uniform; and rolling with 25 years of changes; as time marches on you unwittingly become more resistant to change. If they continue to refuse our will, and do not enforce term limits; we need to end their terms at the ballot box. This may even curb a percentage of corruption since they can only benefit from their office for so long. I have worked with and had over 900 young people in my command, as an acting Battalion Command Sergeant Major; I know first hand how much a quality young person can accomplish; which balances out the lack of experience; which isn't a complete net loss; fresh eyes can see good things. Peace

As a 58 year old, I agree, it is a generational issue. I love being a Gen X'er. We have been fortunate to have seen both baby boomers and millennials. Baby boomers and the silent generation, have had their turn.

Ethereum ETF with no staking is FANTASTIC news for the little guy with ETH. All that locked up ETH that isn't being staked means more rewards for those that are!

I saw a survey recently where people were asked if their 401K was up, if their wages are up, is the economy good in their state, and if the US economy is good. Almost everyone said their retirement was up, they make more money, and their state economy is great, but then went on to say that the US economy was horrible. For some reason people can't/won't admit or maybe they can't understand that the US economy is strong.

Unfortunately, the finances of the U.S. government are NOT great. The U.S. dollar is being devalued by increasing the supply faster than warranted. This reflects the classic failure pattern for fiat currencies. The middle class is decreasing in percentage of the population. The purchase power of most of the population is decreasing per hour worked.

I agree that greedflation is ridiculous because artificially high prices while cost are down and corporate profits are the highest they've ever been shows that they're just milking us but that literally has nothing to do with Biden and the people in this study still had very positive personal finances. I'll say from my own life that everything is better under Biden, my retirement, my stocks, my crypto, my house value, land value, I just bought 4 acres that I'm clearing to put a 4bdrm 3 bath house on in August, my bank account is growing weekly all while having to work about 20 hours less than I did 4-5 years ago before the pandemic, and my wife is killing it selling ACA healthcare plans that everyone loves as long as you don't tell them it's the same thing as Obamacare 🤣 Everyone around me is doing better and my area, NW Arkansas, is BOOMING. BTW, gas here is $2.56/gallon which is what it was under Trump too except during the pandemic when no one needed gas and it dropped to $1.99 🤷 IMO if you're not doing better now then you either live in a very repressed area or you need to make better life choices.
