Poor Charles has the worst family. Evil daughter involved in Nicolas attack. Selfish son that only cares about himself. And a mother that annoys everyone in the village. I feel sorry for him.

Ethan should have just minded his business and let Nicky drive drunk on his own to go save his boyfriend who was perfectly fine by the way.

I dont understand emmerdale having this story line again. Considering we saw the same sort of thing at new year with angelica.

It’s not really the same though. Ethan wasn’t drunk when he was driving and he’s owned up to it and the viewers knew from the start that he was driving. Where with the crash at new year, we didn’t know if it was Cathy or angel and both characters where claiming it was the other one driving

We don't get to see Ethan that much being a lawyer only sometimes in some episodes

He made it worse for himself by legging it from scene, the least he could've done was go into road where Moira would've seen state he was in, then could've explained what had happened. The mention of the dash-cam footage caught him (and his solicitor mate) out.

Ethan is a grown man that capable to make the correct decisions… no excuse for what he did

Cant wait for next weeks emmerdale spoilers are showing that ellas got some connection to some of the villagers my guess is could be a long lost dingle secret daughter of Kathleen Dingle, Charitys mom which would make her sister and another theory is could be Calebs secret daughter would be a well good twist if she is 👏

Honestly people, I don't think Nicky would want revenge. The dingles won't do shit, they don't care enough to get revenge and I don't mean it in a bad way. It is just what it is. But Ruby, she'll be a threat to Nicky's recovery if she doesn't calm down, yes she is a mom but she is thinking about doing more than other moms would so... The crash was an accident and I really don't think it was because of the alcohol. Nicky was there, he knows it was an accident and he knows Ethan was trying to help him. I think as soon that he speaks to Ethan and understand that he only left when he was sure he was alright because of the panic and the fear to lose his job, if he doesn't have too much sequels, I think he'll forgive him.

I agree. The last thing Nicky needs is his parents making the situation worse and potentially getting themselves in trouble. Ethans been arrested, he most likely is going to get charged because he admitted it. So Nicky kind of will get justice

Ethan needs to pay for what he did and charles absolutely did the Right thing in telling the police about what ethan did and they were going to find out anyway because of the dna in the car

No Ethan doesn't need to pay for what he did it was a accident he would never leave Nicky for dead but Charles needs to pay for what he did he did the wrong thing shopping his own shop to the cop shop he betrayed him and he snaked him he could've kept quiet instead of opening his big mouth and gave him a alibi and witness but he chose not to

Please tell me how is Charles aggressive? He’s only ever lashed out or was the slight big aggressive when his dad died. Naomi eventually owned up to her involvement in Nicolas attack and wasn’t a horrible character, she was independent and confident and didn’t let people tell her what to do because she was an adult. Not much different to most of the male characters on the show. Ethan was great when he first joined but the writers have ruined his character
