Feathered wings complete the look so much more! Its those small details that can really change the figure up and Im glad they made that choice 👍🏼

the feathery wings make me SOOO happy I wish that's what they would've done in the 90s anime and crystal but I guess it'd be annoying to animate each time?? idk but im in love with this figure!!!

I got version B for both figures. They’re super beautiful. I hope Glitters & Glamours continues this line I would loveeeee more! Especially Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion

For me, they should have made those stand clear/transparent like the ones they use in gashapons instead of the solid white and yellow colors.

Agreed, that makes sense. I have an old old Kristy McNichol doll that has a stand similar to this; it would be best to obscure the stand upon visual inspection.

I actually like the more detailed feather look! I ordered Type A so I’m really excited! My first sailor moon figure as well!

I can't wait for mine to come in the mail! I thought I would end up liking the B version better, but for this figure, I think the bold coloring is more compelling. They are such beautiful figures! I also prefer solid wings, although the feather look for this figure has kind of grown on me.

even though i prefer super sailor moon over eternal in general, in terms of these figures I prefer the eternal form. the colors look so pretty and yeah, she does look more mature and elegant

Got my Eternal Sailor Moon ver B the other day. It's gorgeous, I so love the extra details on the wings, it makes the figure looks special. The Glitter and Glamours figure line is the biggest(tallest) in my collection. Wish they will release all the characters♥️

I took myself out of the figurine game years ago, but this kind of stuff threatens to suck me back in. Thankfully I can watch your videos and enjoy seeing the collectables! I would go for the Type A Eternal over them all and I personally adore the feather details in the wings.

I preordered type a and can’t wait for it to come in! I love the wings with the feather detail it’s the only reason I ordered the figure I think I would have not liked it as much if it looked like the animation photos. Hope we get to see that movie someday soon xD

I like A better also, which is good because I did order A on this one. Unlike SSM where I ordered A but liked B more 😅 I don't really mind the wings too much, still kind of disappointed they didn't use a clear stand, but the white is a huge improvement over yellow!

I just recently got this figure and I adore it!

i got this figure from a store in australia thats pop culture and its not to far away! lucky me! i got type B because to me it looked nicer, but it was the last one and it was the one on display. so they put it in a box and they gave it to me, luckily because it was in a glass locked it was not scratched up or dirty

I love the feathers on the wings!! I don't think it as an inaccuracy, more like an adaptation...maybe they tried to anime wings and it looked weird? I feel like it would look like it's missing something... They're all so pretty!!! I do like the Super Sailor Moon figure more though, I think her facial expression is better and the pose feels more dynamic!

I liked the feather wings as they remind me of the manga. So with this figure I get a little off both manga and anime, which is awesome!

i preordered type b last year but my order got cancelled :( seeing this video reminded me but luckily gamestop had one left on their site for retail price so i just bought that!

I love the wings and my super sailor moon and sailor moon eternal had no flaws I did order both A version for both dolls. I also had them ship through American 🇺🇸 Amazon so I wonder if that’s why I had no flaws. I do agree I love the white stands unlike the yellow stand. I would love all the sailor guardians as figures as well chibi chibi.

I could not choose between them!! Version A and B are sooo pretty. So I got both (: Sadly Version A I'm getting allll the way in September but cant wait.

I won a actual (not bootleg) figure of this sailor moon at a arcade! 💕 I had to drop ping pong balls into a wire box and get it in a blue square! I’m so happy. I got the bolder matte colored figure. I personally like Eternal Sailor Moon more!

Today is my Birthday am so happy you posted a video on my birthday!!! I always liked the type A because of the bolder colors. As for the wings I like the details on them, and in the movie trailer when Moon is transformating her wings are detailed so the figure is not wrong about adding the details on the wings. It's just that in the movie the details don't stay on the wings all the time.

I really love these😍 I like the feathery wings because they are more like the manga but I do think it’s odd that they chose to do this since it’s an eternal figure. Therefore I also think it’s odd that they chose to not do feathery wings for the movie😂 since it’s supposed to follow the manga. I also have the same opinions with you on which versions of the figures I like!!

Love the feathered wings. I received my type A yesterday and can definitely recommend since Eternal Sailor Moon merch is rare! Only issue with mine is the feet don’t sit flat on ground. Would anyone suggest how to bend the foot slightly - maybe soften with a hairdryer and carefully bend to put in place?

Good video. It’s ironic they call it “animation colors” where the blue of both Eternal as well as 90s is way darker.

I would have preferred movie accurate wings, but I agree that I do love the white stand on Eternal Sailor Moon. I got the Glitter and Glamours Super Sailor Moon and don't like the "yellow cheese block" stand, lol

I ordered Super Sailor Moon Ver. A from Big Bad Toy Store and it says available in February but so far it hasn't shipped so I'm guessing the international release must be delayed. Eternal Sailor Moon looks really nice too, I do really hope they do more Scouts in this figure line. I want Mars, Venus and Saturn.

I think the movie should have had the feather wings! :) Looks so much better than the 90s wings IMO. Super Sailor Moon is my favorite form!!

Ochi congrax u have it! The dirt marks on the figure can be remove by light alcohol swabs. It just fine and the color is better now.

I impulse bought both A and B oof rip wallet but man I love these figures so much!! nobody in my house may judge me for having two of the same figures lol!!

I prefer plain wings like in the anime since that’s what im more familiar with. Also, i like the pose of super sailor moon more.

Basically animation is expensive so they would have to keep the wings simple either way, so to me the feather details are what should be there.

I got the type B of super Sailor Moon and the type A of Sailor Moon eternal ( dont like the pink of the type B) Luv details of the wings 😅

Also, I prefer the solid wings, because the feathered are used for such a short time in the movie (just the transformation), so it’s mostly solid in the movie. Also, they are super low on her... I wish the wings were solid, up higher and thick/big lol. I still love her tho xD

I'm slow, but just came to check your video to see if my figure was just a mistake. I really expected type B to have pearlescent paint like Super did! Very disappointing! I may look in to repainting the wings, wing-bow, and hair pearls myself once I find the right paint. I personally do like the feathers, but I can understand why some might not. And, in general, I really wish they'd use transparent plastic for the stands on all these. A solid block of any just detracts from the figure honestly :( Though of course I'd prefer a flat stand with pegs like the Q-Poskets instead of a back-foot support.

Ive never bought variants for a figure before but this is the first time i ever decided to buy both, i spent so long trying to decide which one to buy and for only $25AUD each i decided 'fuck it' i love both so much lol. I'm glad i didnt spend too long thinking about it cos a few hours later they were both sold out completely Now that im seeing yours i think the show-accurate one's colours are a little bit too bright and bold, i dont know if i like it... so im glad i bought both. Now Its just figuring out how to display 2 variants of the same figure in my room hmm

I think you just got lucky on the super sailor moon ones, mine came with a bunch of flaws. I'm waiting for eternal Sailor Moon, hopefully she'll be in better shape.

Hey Ochi, I got my sailor moon eternal figure today (version b!) and the pink bow at the back is kinda bent/crooked :( Is there any way to straighten it up a bit? I'm scared to bend it to much cuz I don't want it to break

You might be able to but it would probably pop out the glue, so you could pop it out and reglue it if you feel comfortable with that

I've watched this like 4 times or more already trying to convince myself to not get this girl. I've never even watched Sailor Moon. But I am getting her, she is gorgeous. Amazing video and review! Thanks for convincing me to spend money on anime cuties 🥰

Oof I got a bootleg version of this at a sailor moon cafe in Houston this week :( the paint job is very bad and the pigtails are a different shade of yellow.

Mine can stand without the yellow stand/splint, or buy glass box that stable enough to display. My plan i will go buy the feathery effect for the eternal one and will boost her beauty.

I like type A better. It just like the ones with the stronger color !!

I went with type B for super and type A for eternal, idk the eternal type B looks way too washed out imo. I don't mind the feathery wings, but I remember seeing these figures before the design for eternal was revealed and I thought she would have feathery wings in the movie based off of that.

😭☹️. I wish I would’ve watched your video before I purchased mine I ordered it from Japan from a reseller and it was around $90 i went with DHL shipping so it only took about two days to arrive… this was back on July 1 …. And July 16 I found it at my local mall in the box lunch store for $25 …

I did have a lot of flaws on mine too (type A), but honestly when I'm not scrutinizing her, she looks fine. Def liked A more with the bolder colors. I love the feather detail, personally.

They could be, your best bet of knowing if its a bootleg is how it looks. The bootleg figures look horrible compared to the official. The official ones always have copyrights on the box too. If you dont see those, they are bootleg

@@ochibawolf thanks for the response! I did some digging, and it turns out European releases are often missing the Toei sticker, but always have a ages "15+" sticker that is generally accepted in place of the Toei sticker as a mark of authenticity.
