사실 이 노래 뮤비가 플래디스 아티스트 총동원하고 조세호까지 섭외해서 무지 신경쓴 곡이었는데 못 뜸. 마침 앱스가 막 다 졸업해 버리고 주력 다 빠져나간 시기라 오카멜 수명이 다했다고 생각하고 바린 게 아닐까 싶음

SO true. During one of our breaks at school, even though my legs were killing me from all the dances we had to practice for a class performance, I got up and started singing and dancing to their song, Catallena. (Felt like doing it, and there was no teacher so it was cool.) And since I had classmates who were also fans of K-Pop, they got up and joined in. XD *sighs* Good times.

if you are new to them let me introduce them to you :D a the very beginning lizzy is at the left nana is at the center and raina is at the right or basically you can said nana has buns lizzy has short hair raina has straight long hair,OC is a sub-unit of a k-pop girlgroup AFTERSCHOOL a very talented group!but sad they are so underrated nowadays they haven't make a comeback since 3years ago bcz pledis doesn't have money,AS have a graduation system which means if a member reach their 30s or wanna go solo or study they can graduate AS have 7members as now and they are JungAh(the 1st generation member/leader),Uee(the 2nd generation member/face of the group/visual),Raina(the 3rd generation member/main vocal/oc member),Nana(the 3rd generation member/visual/oc member),Lizzy(the 4th generation/vocal/oc member),E-young(the 5th generation member/main vocal/instruments player),Kaeun(the 6th generation member/lead vocal/dj/main dancer along with jungah) :D

Geum Juyun Yeah, me too.. she was one of my favourites. And now there's no one left from the 1st generation

I still love them now. They gave me a lot of strength and energy when I was feeling down in the past, I felt very motivated because of their bubbly songs and energetic personality. I remember dancing to this dance when it first came out too because the chorus part is too catchy XD.

after all these years i’m still dancing to this song, it’s seriously so ahead of its time… i miss orange caramel and after school so much

This choreography is really addicting! I've tried only the chorus part and find my self catching my breath. Haha. These girls are amazing. They're very good dancers especially Nana. Just look at Nana's great footwork throughout the whole dance video. Wow. She's amazing. Nana Fighting! Orange Caramel Fighting! Afterschool Fighting!

These girls were so fun! I hope that they do a comeback of Orange Caramel

I miss these girls so bad. Orange Caramel and After School bring life to kpop.

hmmm this dance looks like it would be great for your legs?? would learning this and dancing it a couple times build muscle or slim them down? the jumping around is like jumping rope but i read that jumping rope can bulk muscle and i dont want that.. so would this dance buid muscle? or slim?

I think it will tone your legs: It will build muscles, but burn the fat so your legs will look slimmer. (But i'm not an expert,)

The girls are on special diets that are designed not for them to build muscle. And their fitness are trained to keep them toned and slim. The dance may look like they're building muscle but when they jump its more light jumping on the feet. So think that they're jumping on clouds LOL

Most people who bulk up from jump rope, usually bulk up because they have leg weights on, OR when they ONLY do jump rope and don't switch up the exercise (because its just up and down and targets the same muscles the whole time)~ High protein diets (lots of meat and veggies) will also assist in bulking up on muscle~ I'm assuming you want to be "thin" though, right? Try eating white/lean meats like turkey or chicken (not a lot of steak or beef because 'red meats' are harder for your body to digest), and lots of fish!! Fish is the perfect meat-like product for weightless! Also, losing "weight" shouldn't be your goal! Instead your goal should be "slimming down" or "toning your body" because actual "weight loss" can be very temporary, and instead of burning fat, you're losing: water and excess waste. Your body will weigh less because you lost water-weight! That's why some diets really backfire! So instead of trying to "lose 5kg" (some diets make you lose 5kg of /water/), focus more on making your body look slimmer/healthier :) My sister started a diet once, and she GAINED weight (2kg), but was 10% smaller than she used to be. This is because she gained 'muscle' (muscle is heavier than fat! so your body will get smaller, but you can sometimes gain weight!) This dance will be PERFECT for toning your legs (even your arms!), boosting your cardio, burning fat AND losing weight! In fact, dancing is one of the best ways to lose weight (hence the success of zoomba/zumba)! You would have to do this dance for a LONG time to bulk up (I'm talking months) and usually you only bulk up if you add EXTRA weight to your workouts (leg weights/dumbells/etc) You won't "bulk up" because you are moving around in a lot in various ways (not just straight up and down like jump rope) so you'll be targeting a larger area of muscles AND you won't bulk up because it IS so spread out and diverse with its movements~ But you will develop muscle (not like a body builder, come on, that's not realistic at all) Eating more fruits, veggies, lean meats, and fish (some nuts like almonds!) and spicy food, will help you slim down with longer lasting results than most "diet-pills" out there. Yep! I'm not expert though, and you should consult a doctor before starting any diet "blah blah blah insert other disclaimers here"~ If you really don't want to bulk up, but want good cardio, I suggest swimming~ Good luck! (I've lost 15kg in 3 months~)

Let's just say that in Korea, they have this thing like getting shots on their legs for them not to grow muscles in it. I don't know if it is a shot or cutting some nerve. :D

So even though the dance looks simple enough to learn, it takes some serious endurance to bounce around that much. What a cardio work out! And they don't even seem tired.. they are in damn good shape!
