An educational video where I convert a RoboRaptor toy to operate from alternative power cells.
Originally designed to be powered using 6 AA batteries, the Roboraptor, by using using a couple of Buck circuits and a suitable battery holder is successfully powered from two recycled 18650 LiPo cells.
This is NOT a recommended conversion and is most definitely NOT condoned OR endorsed by the manufacturer of this toy. It should be considered of educational and academic interest only.
You are strongly advised not to replicate the actions in this video, but if you choose to do so, it is entirely at your own risk. LiPo batteries can be dangerous and should be handled with appropriate care.
