The unboxing was oddly emotional for me. This is exactly what I desperately wanted as a teenager in the 1970s. I photocopied whole books of the Bible and then put them into three-ring binders.

Spiral bound individual books coming out July 18

Yesterday I went to Goodwill and found an almost new NLT study Bible and was soo excited. Two weeks ago,I found an almost new ESV study Bible. Now I’m thinking I want this because of the convenience of note taking being included. Wow Gotta start saving my Pennie’s. LOL. Thanks for the info 🙏. Ruth

Not my style, but I know a few people who’d really benefit from this. Crossway’s innovation in Bible publishing is truly astounding!

I've had an eye on these for a few days, and literally JUMPED to buy them when I watched this morning and saw Becca's excitement and her description of the colors. I am reading through the bible in a year, in an ESV Study Journal bible, but I honestly want MORE ROOM for small notes. So these are absolutely perfect! I have these and they are amazing for journaling and note taking. I use them along with my CJB and it has transformed my bible study.

I got the set I ordered. These are heavy, not flimsy. Love everything about them. I will use in studies.

Thanks for the review! I have low vision and have trouble getting my bible under my standing digital magnifer, I have to fold it back on itself then it doesn't lay flat so I have to hold it a certain way for it to catch the image on magnifier (very fatiguing). These spiral bound ones will be great to use now. I just ordered it, can't wait! Great for the low vision community.

I hate to admit it…..oh I really really want these!!! Oh my! I suspect easy to add pages as well!

No maps. Really glad they didn't include maps. I have the NT and it's really nice. However, I'm not sure I ever understood the rationale behind a journaling Bible. If I really get into journaling daily, I'll fill one up pretty quick and have to buy another. But to save money, I would rather use a blank copy as a master copy and just photocopy pages as I need them, fill those up with writing and file them away and/or punch holes in them for a separate binder or folder, and then repeat so I don't have to keep buying a new Bible journal after filling one up. I think Crossway did have or still has some PDFs that you can purchase, download, and print but I'm not sure if they are journals.

I nominate myself to get the CSB Notetaking Bible for my youth pastor or myself if he doesn't want it. He typically uses the ESV most of the time so I don't know if he'll take it or not; but if I win it I'll be sure to put it to good use because I believe that notetakers are world changers and history makers!!!🕊🔥🙏❤😇

Honestly think this is what I've been looking for doing my Bible journaling. I love doing word studies and this gives me so much room to annotate the text and to take notes. Thank you so much for bringing these to my be attention By the way have either of you heard of the "The James Method" of Verse Mapping. It's simply a method of doing in-depth studies on a verse in Scripture. I discovered it recently and I'm hoping to get started very soon. I think Becca especially would love it. There are other verse mapping resources but given Becca's love for aesthetics and design I think she would love it as it's so well designed and looks beautiful as well as being very well thought out and laid out. I discovered it on Instagram. I actually think these spiral bound Bible journals would mix well with her verse mapping journals.

When will something similar be printed by any publisher with no lines in the note-taking space!? It's incredibly frustrating as I was so excited, thinking these Bibles were unlined before you pointed them out. Becca was a wonderful addition to this review, bringing her genuine enthusiasm and excitement as well as her artist's eye -- colors appear differently depending upon screens and settings, so hearing what the colors actually look like in real life was very helpful. This set has so many positives that it's unsurprising that it's selling so well. I'm glad for those who will find it helpful, and selfishly, I'm hopeful that the popularity of this Bible will inspire the publication of an unlined spiral-bound journaling Bible sooner rather than later.

You could create your own maps (print out) and add flip outs.

They are great. I just wish it was all one journal bible, even at the cost of a little margin space

And once used there’s no way to add future notes and observations because old notes have taken the space. Staying with my ‘premium’ Bible and a notepad. Less expensive and I never run out of space. The outside colors are of no importance…it’s the words inside that matter.

Don’t change because you’re f comments just keep your antics together. It makes the videos so fun.

I’ve been wondering if there was a such thing as a spiral bound bible!

I have got a Sprial bible set old testament in five and one book is the new testament but I don't know if he review this company yet but it is a American made company but more version to it but he did review it a year ago I went to check but I think paper is thick than then these bible notebook.
