I still own the Walkolution. But because I am traveling internationally at the moment I do not use it at this time. Though, I wish I could use it every day 🙈.

No. E-Residency does not give you the right to relocate to Estonia. Relocating is a matter of where you are from. If you are from another EU country, you can pretty much just go there and register. But from other countries you have to check and see what visa / etc. you can apply for.
