Esther Yu is the kind of person that you will think she doesn’t take matters seriously but then, you will realize she knows what she is doing and committed to the situation. I feel like even if she isn’t that good in dancing or singing compared to others, she knows how to handle the members in order to be able to work with them. It actually makes sense when she asked Snow Kong to change her style a little bit because we were able to see her usual side already and somehow, I can see the difference of Snow Kong but I can still see that she maintained her own style. Esther was able to see how the piece should be performed lovely.

I think Esther’s voice and personality makes it seem like she‘s always playing around and not taking anything seriously. But when you really look at her moment and interactions with her groups, you notice that she is serious and knows what to do and say to get the results needed out of people. you know, at first, i thought esther was low-key cringe lmao but like she's low-key so caring and is actually a leader? she sees the faults in other trainees and helps correct them and to make them improve -- most ppl, especially since trainee life is competitive would just see those faults (or not lol) and wouldn't give construction feedback because every man for himself, right? -- but esther like genuinely wants everyone to succeed and that is honestly so wholesome and refreshing

Esther advice to Snow Kong is effective. Me as a viewer i saw the diffence at the end of this video on how acting is importance in expressing the song to audience.

We all thought Esther was cringe, spoiled and all of that but... that's just the way she is and her personality is. She can take care of others while taking care of herself, be confident, be committed. I knew why I didn't decide to hate her at the start. Agree, there must be balance, if everyone is so overwhelmingly talented and charismatic, the group will have a lot of spotlights that are trying to overshadow each other.

Lisa is the main reason why I watch YWY 2 and Esther Yu is the second main reason because she gives me positive vibes and happy thoughts! Her mindset is also of a good leader. She said she is narcissistic, thus self centered but she truly care for her team mates and want them to shine also not only her.
