Be mindful that we finished 6th after finishing 12th the season before. That's massive progress. Onwards and upwards from here. We'll get UCL football plus the Conference league this upcoming season.

It will be Summerville Younes. Low transfer fee and low salary, ideal scenario for our owners 👀

So many people are angry about missing out on Olise deal, but he would have been a very expensive luxury signing. We need to move on. Olise is a RW and we already have Palmer, Noni, Estavao, Paez, Omari and Angelo. Bayern are in the champions League and that 50 mil release clause is only for teams in the champions League. Olise will also be getting a big cut from that release clause. So, 220k makes sense for teams in the champions League. Any team not in the champions League would have paid way more than that 50 million and then increased his wages since he won't be getting a cut from the release clause. We need to stop these overreactions. Right now what we need is a LW that's better than Mudryk and Sterling and also a good striker. Guirassy and Summerville would be very good signing.

1. then why did other journalists like and say it was 65 million? 2. Olise is a natural RW and 10x better than Madueke. Palmer has always been a 10. he is not a natural R (the same with Paez). the reason why Palmer played as a RW is because it was well known Poch liked to play with 10 as wingers instead of natural wingers. 3. Estavao Willian is a young play who will need to adapt to the league, culture, etc., b4 he can be a starter. he is a young kid, we shouldn't be putting heavy reliance on him. 4. if that was the case, that clause was only available, then why did Chelsea give out the impression that they were still confident about getting the deal done? if they were so obsessed about Olise then why did it take them now to realize that the release clause was only applicable to teams with UCL football? why did they waste our time with all the briefings?

We were always going to pay more than teams in the UCL. Palmer shines the best at RW. Claiming he is not natural RW is just foolish. Are you also going to say Musiala shouldn't be playing at LW because he is not a natural LW? Noni is not as good as Olise, but he can still improve. And, Estavao would be ready in 1 year. We don't need to stagnate his growth by having all these players ahead of him.

Maresca plays a 433, meaning we need a natural RW which Palmer isn't. City fans told us this when we bought him. he is a creator. Madueke is a natural RW, but he isn't good enough.

Summerville would a fantastic signing. Won’t be an easy deal to do with Liverpool lurking aswell. That’s the Micheal Edwards type of signing. Never rated Olise as highly as you guys anyways. If these young players were signed by Real Madrid right now, they would've become ballers because they would play from the bench for the likes of Mbappe, Vini Jr and Rodrygo... But now at Chelsea there is a big chance these "gems" may stagnate and they may end up become dead-wood in the end. So we may have to sell them for a lot less than you think. If they develop somehow, I guarantee you they will be playing for Real Madrid on when they are 23 or 25 at the latest... Now I hope you realize that sounds like a mid-table club that develop players to sell for profit, not for winning trophies. 🤔🤡

Young, inexpensive, slightly higher long term contracts, low weekly wages, squad turnover to meet loan #'s and PSR requirements. Constantly chasing the next rising star. Academy players: PCP, pure club profits, extremely difficult to make the first team. Head coach turnover as well.

Marescas mission is to make sure the duo mid works snd for me the reason why Enzo and caisedo didn't works it's because Enzo was being forced to play 8/10 role when he is on the ball and off the ball he didn't have the stamina to track back on time look caisedo is more of a 6/8 mid so to balance this Enzo need to play 8/6 role and trust me u will see wonders. We don't need fullbacks or wing backs if we need to play high possessive football well I hope u understand tactics better

The days of buying expensive players are over. Max price is now £50m, max wages £150m. Surely Sterling is going for the Exit door on his wages ? We have spent a billion, to be amortised over 5-8 years , so roughly £150m per year going through the accounts. With player wages we are breaking even at best and only allowed to lose £105m over three years. So with FFP we have already spent all the money available for the next 8 years and can only buy if we sell. But academy players can just run down their contracts and prevent sales. The only hope, therefore, is to develop kids we can afford.

everytime we find a player that fits this club, he does not want to join us, how hard we have fallen.
