Haha YES! Just starting TTC with my husband and I've literally binge watched so much labor videos and prep and have thought how cool and empowering it would be to have a natural birth and see what my body is capable of. No wrong way to bring a child into the world but a big preference of mine ❤️
36 weeks. I’ve been slammed in an online forum for hoping for a natural birth, but vids like this make me feel so much more confident. I’m not opposed to an epidural if I need one, but I love the idea of my body knowing what to do. I’m actually kind of getting excited about labor. 💕

Birth prep and postpartum workouts are so important! I've used the "good for the swole" app because I need a follow along workout, and I recommend all pregnant mamas find an online program or meet with a pelvic floor PT. Having done my first 2 births without any birth prep I can confirm that it's a night and day different experience, don't skip this!

I swear you should be a stand-up comic. Your delivery is everything…🤩 Your baby is beautiful! Oh my goodness! I’m obsessed with your videos right now. I wish I could remember which vlogger mentioned you. Thank you! I had my 2.5 yo son at a birth center in the tub (well, he wasn’t 2.5 then heehee). I inhaled books prior, including one of my heroes’, Ina May’s (her breastfeeding guide is essential too) as well as Childbirth Without Fear and The Bradley Method. Did hypnobirthing. And because it was my first, my midwife recommended the Epi-No, which I did religiously and pretty hilariously (let’s just say hubby was a wee bit jealous;). Drank raspberry leaf tea and ate dates too! I’m a long-time yogi and was practicing up until the couple hours before my contractions began. Labored at home with hubby, doula and dog for 8 hours. Then another 5 at birth center (car ride was worst part during which I definitely regressed). Had my chiro there too which I wish upon every laboring woman. Had a beautiful, other-worldly birth. I pushed for less than 15 minutes. No tears 🙏🏼 Now prepping for Baby 2’s home birth. Love watching these. Thanks again!

I literally didn’t recline after 6 months pregnant (backwards, that is - sideways is ok). I very much believe doing so helped with baby’s positioning. Thank you so much!
I had my membranes stripped with my second baby at 37 weeks, I was 3 cm, and I was DONE being pregnant. Lol. I had her within 12 hours. But I still got an epidural at 9 cm, just because I was scared of future pain, I wasn’t even experiencing pain at 9 cm. So with baby no.3 due in a few months- I’m going to attempt a natural birth at the hospital. But I fully am prepared to wait it out and see how good or bad the labor is before deciding on an epidural or not.

Breauna Lewis Aww don’t be afraid! If we recovered the first time, we could do it again if need be. Do you listen to the VBAC Link podcast? It’s sooo good. Basically, it teaches you to be educated and in control of your experience. What makes a birth traumatic is often times the feelings of lack of control or that everything is just crashing down and happening TO you. The VBAC Link preparation is all about fine tuning your own intuition too. I’m finding it so helpful to prepare! You got this. ❤️
