Hi dear Well It's a blush. That's what it says, but I think you can play it around , and it will look really beautiful on your skin tone. It's a little bit lighter for my skin tone. so that's why it looks almost like a highlighter. Then, a blush light. It has no shimmer or glow. It's a matte formula.
