I recently visited the ESP Guitars Craft House in Tokyo, Japan and it was awesome.
This is not only the location where many custom ESP guitars are ordered, but they have an impressive shop. Additionally, there is an ESP Museum upstairs, but unfortunately no photos/videos were allowed. It was pretty amazing as they had one of Jeff Hanneman's guitars, a James Hetfield Explorer, Kirk Hammett Flying V, and a holy grail guitar for me - Alexi Laiho's Pinky. It was pretty amazing to see these legendary guitars up close.
I also spent a bit of time trying out the ESP Custom Shop Alexi Laiho Ripped signature guitar.

Came here in January & did the same thing. Tried the same exact ESP custom shop Alexi Ripped but with Marshall 2000 on the other side near the table instead of the Rectifier. Guitar is definitely well built, love it. It’s just that it needs a setup for its true potential. Awesome craftsmanship really. Another thing to mention, maaaaaan.. their staffs are super cool! The guy with the longhair, glasses & mask, he’s the one that handled us. He’s crazy cool too! Talked with the techs, because me myself a guitar tech as well. Of course, gotta buy the souvenirs. T-shirts are special color coded, depending which branch you go to. Me & my brother even brought upstairs to the museum. Best experience!
