    Really good. I thought 49+ minutes was a bit long but I've watched most of it at least twice, trying to soak in all the info; and there's a lot to absorb. Thanks for all the work. Clearly healing is a passion for you and I am glad to learn from someone so devoted. Cheers brother, may all your wipes be in the bathroom... ;^)

    Truly, a superior, no nonsense video, I'm new to healing though not the game and this is exactly what anyone starting off in healing needs. I was actually disappointed when it ended. I could have easily listened to another hour or two of wisdom. Thank you so much for your time and effort in educating us . . . I am now a subscriber and will comb through your site for more knowledge and tips to improve my playing. I only wish others were as dedicated and factual as you as here . . . too much eye candy and here kids look at whats new and almost meta, don't you want to be kool . . . A lot more honesty in build videos and technique suggestions would go a long way to making ESO and its community better (IMHO) and prolong the life of the game.

    This is a great video! There are lots of "meta" heater builds out there but it's hard to find stuff to help you learn about how to actually be a healer. I love the way that you go into the decision making and have set ups for lower level healers. It really helps to know why you do things. There is a Tankclub. Any plans on something like that for healers, a website, or discord? :)

    Have been struggling on deciding between warden or necro. I feel as if this really helped and I am leaning towards necro because they just seem a lot more fun and appealing to me, although I’m brand new to the game I imagine I’d get the hang of them (hopefully) I’m up for the challenge anyway.

    I have a Templar healer that I have been using since before Tamriel United. I never improved the gear past Julianos, Winters Respite, and Bogdan. Recently I decided to change that and I'm one item away from. Spell Power Cure replacing Julianos. I'm not sure where I'm going with the kit after that though haha

    Glad to hear that. I can certainly see how Khajiit Necromancer can be an unpopular choice, depending on who you ask. Necromancer has always been a potentially good healer choice, but it was never really popular. It started becoming more popular recently, mainly because of group compositions changing, and it takes time for such developments to be recognized by the wider playerbase.

  • @chijoonline4466

    @@FakeFox Thanks for the reply :) that makes sense. I'm happy with necromancer, and am getting into some veteran dungeons and trials now. I have one more question, I was trying to figure out what the berserker weapon enchantment is? I couldn't find it at least. Also I saw you utilize the restoration staff from vateshran in another of your video guides, where I expected the master's restoration staff to be the preferred choice. Which weapon set would you go for first? Or is a Monster set more valuable, which are somewhat guaranteed. I'm not a big fan of farming RNG reliant items x_x

  • @FakeFox

    @FakeFox

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@chijoonline4466 It is usually called Berserker, because that is the name of the buff. The glyph itself is actually called "(Truly Superb) Glyph of Weapon Damage." I was using the Vateshran restoration staff in my dungeon healing builds, simply because I wanted to use Radiating Regeneration over Illustrious Healing. Technically the Vateshran staff is also stronger, but it requires specific positioning to work, so the Masterstaff is often better. Monstersets are usually stronger then arena weapons. Ideally you want to have both and use one five piece set that you can backbar. If you need to choose between two weapons and a monster set, it depends on the build. For a fullhealer I would go with Symphony over a Master/Vateshran staff. Theoretically Symphony is 190 per second, Rkugamz is 66 per second, Master staff is 117 per second and Vateshran staff is 175 per second.

    23:25 I’m working on this build and am just try to get these particular skills leveled from their base skills. I’m having a hard time understanding the casting order. You have multiple rows and I understand at least the top row is the order in which you cast, but you reference casting a particular order every 10 seconds and then following up with additional cast. This is going to make no sense, I apologize lol Are you switching staffs in the middle of some of these rotations. I’ve learned a ton from this video and appreciate the time you’ve invested into, lots of good things to consider, and I understand if there’s not a direct answer to any of the above. Thanks for your time!

  • @FakeFox

    @FakeFox

    Жыл бұрын

    Yeah, it's a difficult topic to explain and looking back at it I probably didn't do a particularly good job with it either. First of all, the graphic is just to visualize how the rotation works over a longer period of time. You don't actually need to learn 80 seconds of abilities, it's just there to show how the patterns are constantly repeating. So how the rotation actually works is, the majority of abilities last about ten seconds, so you recast them every ten seconds. Then there are skills that last multiples of that, 20s, 30s or 60s, those you recast together with the 10s abilities, but only every 2nd, 3rd or 6th time. Alternatively you can also use ability timers for longer lasting abilities, if you find that easier. And yes, during your rotation you simply switch weapons whenever necessary. You can switch between two abilities without delay, it might take a bit of practice though. I hope these explanations helped to clear things up.

    Hello, For a vet dungeon or trial primarily composed of stamina dps, what kind of armour set up would you use or which combination of sets would be most viable?

  • @FakeFox

    @FakeFox

    3 жыл бұрын

    For dungeons I'd say Spellpower Cure + Elemental Catalyst + Symphony of Blades/Pearls of Ehlnofey if you play full healer. For Raids Roaring Opportunist + Jorvuld's Guidance + Symphony of Blades + Master Restoration Staff on one healer for sure and the second one probably Spellpower Cure + Stone Talker/Elemental Catalyst + Pearls of Ehlnofey + Master Restoration Staff, but it depends on the group and content. You ideally would want Martial Knownledge and Zen's Redress as well. But I don't think you can really fit those into stamina compositions at the moment.

  • @FakeFox

    Yeah, farming alone sucks. But you don't nessecarily have to aim for the theoretical best right away. You can build up quite the solid arsenal by just farming normal dungeons. Getting groups to together for those is pretty easy if you have one or two decent social guilds in my opinion. And if organised groups want you to have more specific setups, they should also have the decency to help you farm. That's at least my take. :D

  • @FakeFox

    @FakeFox

    3 жыл бұрын

    Agony Totem doesn't really have that much overlap with blockade. It doesn't provide consistent vulnerability uptimes unless you spam it. It's more for the minor protection and providing another synergy. In short AoE fights you can use it for vulnerability though. Because you can apply it instantly to multiple targets, which you can not do with blockade.

    The 6% healing done passive offers no relevant healing increase over the raw stats of other races, while being extremely restrictive on the build and role. Disease and poison resistance are two of the weaker resistances for PvE and too specific to be relevant. The potion passive is one of the weaker sustain passives and 1000 health, magicka and stamina isn't bad but not really great either.
