In this Video, I Show you how to unlock the Sacred Watcher Hood hat item. ima just call it the Watcher mask because it is easier, but still.
You need to do the Quest Castoff Destinies which is a public dungeon quest for the underweave public dungeon.
It is not hard to do and the reward for doing it makes you look cool so go and do it!
you need the Necrom DLC to get access to this quest.
