0:00 - Front garden
1:42 - Workshop
2:30 - Water garden, observation deck
4:22 - Main deck
4:55 - Interior
5:53 - Evening views, front deck
7:12 - Comet-watching
7:35 - Sleek Creek: Before (default base)
••••••••••
Sleek Creek at Rawl'kha is one of the best homes in Tamriel for utility and convenience, but also aesthetics. I wanted to accentuate the great features it already has:
• Close to wayshrine, bank, crafting + writ turn-in + outfit station, outlaws' refuge (unguarded entrance right outside)
• NO loading screens
• Entry points are outdoors (this one hates porting into a dark interior)
• Water feature (cheapest house with one)
• Large, flexible, easy-to-navigate layout with base structures that are readily turned into custom spaces.
In fact, the only thing I dislike is the furnishing slot limit! I wanted to build other features; a real treehouse and more. But at 400/400 slots, I had to optimize: use big single pieces instead of cobbling, cluster-type plants that fill a lot of area, etc. Lighting and color are important to me, so a number of slots are used for hidden light sources.

  • @MoonClimber

    @MoonClimber

    3 ай бұрын

Thank you! Yes, this is a plant you can get from Murkmire after doing the related quest :) it's called the Timid Vine-Tongue and the lore pages you read about it during the quest are pretty fun. Just search UESP for that to find out how to get it. Also, the other awesome Murkmire plants may be coming back in the Xanmeer crates this year (no promises, just a strong guess based on past patterns). So if you like weird plants, you might want to save endeavor seals or gems for those!

@@bozznbunns ohh right, that's not the same thing, the ones I'm talking about are only in the Xanmeer Crown Crates, you can also see them on UESP. We don't know when those will come back though I am but won't be done for a long time. Haven't done video for the finished one yet

@@bozznbunnshaha yes I was so excited for the new Telvanni pink mushrooms, they're good "stairs" too. Or at least jumping platforms. But the Murkmire ladder is an easy 1-piece solution that's easy to actually walk up.
