I love the game but I have always loved pvp and when I try following a guide on how to build my character it ends up being weak and I spend to much money on the sets that don’t help, I’m at a point we’re in willing to pay real money to buy an op pvp account but I reallly want to get good at the game and actually get my pvp build set
This is the best beginner's guide for ANYTHING I've ever seen, and your voice is so chill to listen to. Love your work
I don't even know what to say... This is the most in depth "beginners guide" I've ever seen for any game. And you made everything so much simpler and easier to understand. Seriously bravo. It took me like 4 days to watch the whole thing but still.
That moment when your game has 2h and 30 left to download and the starting guide is 2h and 26 min ... I guess I got the video I needed

Yeah it’s crazy. I started 10 months ago. It’s the way you aren’t guided in the game. Just kind of throws you in at the most current chapter you have and just kind of frees you into the world can be really confusing. I suggest looking at video guides on the story content and finding guides online if you want to play the story in order.

Thank you for this guide. I am halfway through, and have appreciated everything so far. I have been playing The Elder Scrolls series since “Arena” was released back on the PC, way back when. My interest was recently renewed, when my better half gave me a Switch, and “Skyrim”, for my 50th birthday, which bought back some great memories of playing that game on the PC. This, in turn, led me to purchase Greymoor on my newly built PC. I must confess that I was very lost when I started playing ESO, as it starts you off in the latest starter area, depending on which Chapter you have (as you say). I had no idea what the main story of the original game was, and felt very out of my depth. Your guide has gone a long way to making me feel more at home with the game, and I now have a better idea of what the game wants me to do, and what I am able to do, off my own bat. I intend to play solo, until I have more experience under my belt, then I will venture out into the multi-player universe. I lived through the creation and evolution of multi-player games, but never really participated outside of solo play - I find it very frustrating working with others in games, as we invariably break off, and do our own things... For example, I was still enjoying solo “Doom 2”, when others had moved on to “Quake” death match. Also, I find that anonymity tends to exaggerate peoples’ tendencies to be, putting it delicately, “unkind” to other players. - even those in their own party. I don’t need that... :) Again, your guide is appreciated. Liked, and subbed, on the strength of it. Cheers,
@LuckyGhost

The most shocking thing for me is that the key J for the active quests stands for journal. I’ve always called it J for Jobs.

Well journal is more accurate since MMMORPGs have their origins in story telling. Quests used to be actually interesting to read and mattered. ...don't play New World. X_X
One of the best guides I've seen so far. Overwhelming stack of information explained and presented thoroughly and simple which is very encouraging for casual players like myself. I was running world bosses during the week with Randos, instead of waiting for the we are all ready to appear (with the ready group check), some of them bounded in before they all got there and got killed. Thank God it's not required and I usually have a group that isn't just running threw things.
Oh man, what a guide. So helpful, I've gone from what the hell am I doing to I now know exactly how I want to play the game. Worth every minute!
Watch from start to finish with a friend, we both started ESO a week ago and we took copious amounts of notes. Love this video and love the work you are doing. Appreciate it every moment of it.
I'm like 5 weeks or so into the game. Really liking it and watched this whole video. Learned a bunch, watched a few of your other videos also. Trying to learn as I go.
Great beginners guide. This video taught me more than I would've learned in a month. Definitely worth watching the whole thing!
Just finished your entire video! Absolutely will show this to all my friends trying to get into this game. You made what seemed like an overwhelming amount of information and really narrowed the focus down, while also getting us prepared for how deep the game really is. Looking forward to checking out your other content as I start to explore this game. Thanks for taking the time to talk about each area and not rushing through. I have been playing this game on and off since beta and after watching your video was the first time I actually understand the basics of this game. Can't wait to check out some of your other content in the future! Thank you very much for making such a well put together guide!
Just started the game a few days ago, and I've worked through the whole video over my lunch breaks! Thanks for putting all these suggestions together, I feel like I'm much better prepared for my next login!
I didn't just watch this in one go, I was in a random dungeon queue for the whole damn time.

Just finding this video now. Thank you for going into detail and simplifying everything 😭 so many beginners videos I’ve seen are so confusing. This one is perfect 👍
Wow! I just finished watching the entire thing, and that cleared up so many of my questions about this game. Thank you so much for this awesome guide!
just started eso last week and oh man, you have no idea how helpful this was!thank you for taking the time to put this together!!
I watched the whole thing, and it was great! I have learned a lot. You have a welcoming tone that made it easy to learn from you. I am about to start this game with three of my friends, and I know that none of them will be doing a lot of research. Thank you for giving my job as party-leader/strategist the head start I needed :)

Thank you so much for all of this information - your guide is the most easily accessible one I’ve found. I’ve always been really overwhelmed by MMORPGs and I give up because I feel like I’m too stupid to do it and I’ll just mess everything up. This makes me feel like I can actually do it, and I’m so excited! You break everything down so thoroughly and well, and don’t use a bunch of confusing jargon for someone who’s essentially a total beginner.
I've literally watched this guide 3 times! Thank you for such an in depth guide! It has helped me tremendously! You can see the amount of effort you put in it. Keep up the good work 👻

Watched the whole thing! Thank you so much, just started playing this game after leaving WOW so loving it so far and this guide really helped alot!
Im a big scroll troll but haven't embarked on the online world. With the help of your wonderful video and vast knowledge I've decided the time is nigh and my time in this world draws to a rapid close and the portal to Tamriel and beyond awaits. I can feel even now as I type, the game calling to me pulling me in and the mystery of a new world whispering my name. A new realm to conquer .. danger, treasure, alliance, and an uncontrollable lust for power. Dawned in mythical garb, armed with lethality legendary in lure, and accompanied by an onslaught of death drenched dwellers I will see this world surrender to my will or crumble to my wrath. *watched from start to finish*

Background watched/listened this afternoon while working :) So much information, but what I appreciate most? You take the time to show things when there’s something to show; and when there isn’t, you don’t keep zipping through the world or maps as filler video content, like so many others do. As someone with inattentive ADHD, I appreciate the breaks where I know I can just focus on the audio and not try to match it with something on the screen that isn’t related.
Best dam guide ever... this answered question i hadn’t asked yet, i’m off to go do pro eso things now

Played ESO when it first launched on Xbox and got away from it. Now MANY years later, a group of my friends and myself have decided to get back into it. This time on PC, needless to say this is a different game now. I stopped playing when Vet rank was still a thing. I started playing again 4 days ago and am currently a Champ 124 Warden Healer ( Breton). I spammed dungeons for the entirety of this video and learned a lot of interesting things along the way. I will be using this as reference as I begin my journey into the real meat of this game. Thanks for the time and effort you put into making this video for noobs like me.

I don't know how to say this cause i don't do this often but... Thank you, to you and every other gaming content creators that are still making video's and guides. Even when they are labeled as older games you guys and girls are still making video's about these games. And in your own way keep the game from dying out so every (new)player can still have fun in these massive universes. Sometimes i feel content creators are way to underrated but let's be honest almost every new player relies on yt when they seek knowledge about the game. And in my opinion it's safe to say with you guys out there the future of these games and it's players are in safe hands. So thanks a lot and keep up the great work guys and girls! WOW... We've been playing for about 2 weeks... You are answering so many of our questions... Unfortunately we cannot watch streams at this time.. lousy internet... one day soon... I will be checking out your other videos... any recommendations on what to watch next?

Yeah for selling ESO plus like a used car salesman
Killer video dude watched it from start to end in one go. Coming back from a long break (5 years) wanted an updated guide and this video killed it.
Watched the whole thing in one sitting. This video was so helpful and informative, and your explanations were fantastic. I am about to jump into the game for the first time!
7 years of Eso and i still only have one character

Just starting this in an audio format, with me luck.
thank you so much for this comprehensive guide! just started playing eso and I have no idea what I'm doing. Great content!
Watched the entire video. Great tips! Lots of valuable information. I’ve been playing off and on for maybe 6-12 months, and I’m truly excited about my journey. I play many different types of games, but this one is by far my favorite escape.
I know 90% of this stuff but i still watched... IDK Y
I wish this game wasn't so laggy in Australia. It really kills an otherwise enjoyable game. Unlike other MMOs I have played with US servers, this one suffers the most. I'm hoping that with Microsoft's purchase of Zenimax that they might use their robust server infrastructure in Australia to add some local support. Probably not.
I watched the entire video and consider it time very well spent as someone new to the game. Thank you for putting this together.
Had to watch in a few sessions, but I watched all 2.5 hours. Superb guide! Thanks! I'm returning to ESO after a few years and have to re-learn a lot.
Man I wish I had this guide 4 years ago...
Best part of this is guide was "I'll pay you 69 gold ... *giggity* ... to have myself cleanse" Lmfao 10/10
didnt watch it all in one sitting but i did watching it all in the same 24 hour period and caught the whole thing... great vid, super helpful information.... loved the timestamps too so i can come back and find specific stuff later.. have a new sub.
I played a little at launch and I’m trying to get back into it now. This video was exactly what I was looking for! Watched it begin to end! 👌🏻
Nobody: Tryhards: I am going to grind dungeons so much it hurts
"don't be intimidated by the champion points" people who have played path of exile: awwww
This has been one of the best and most informative beginners guides I’ve ever watch so thanks for this mate
Thank you so much for this, I am a die hard Elder Scrolls fan but I’ve never really liked MMOs and I got curious and tried out ESO for the first time about two years ago and I never truly got into it but now I’ve got the urge and have been trying to grasp the game to a decent degree. Your videos have been my favorites to search through and watch so far. I’m getting ready for the new Flames Of Oblivion DLC by grinding all the content in the game this year.
