Thank you so much. It is an old picture frame with chicken wire fencing. Then I painted the whole thing. Bought some white shower curtain hooks on amazon and that was it.

@@chikkicarolina15 I’m going to make one for my brother who’s first baby girl is due in a few months and one for my other brother with three little girls ages 6 months to 5! Thanks for the information! 😊
