Im not going to lie. I'm just about to start a necromunda campaign, and have been using your videos to learn the world, and i am INCREDIBLY ANGRY WITH YOUR CONTENT! Why is there such a gap between your necromunda videos? They are awesome! I'm looking to start a Cawdor gang, and i can't wait to see your video on the gang. I hope it's not gonna be 3+ months between each gang because these vids are really great.

I didn't realise that they were ethnic clans. I always assumed they were cultural "houses".

As in the fact that the Houses are genetic lineages? If that’s what you mean then yes that is the case in some instances like the Escher; however that is not always the fact, and not with everyone in the houses. As in people can join and fight for the eschers and not necessarily be of that lineage. But the leaders and core of the house are. For example gangs like the Goliaths are gene-smithed offspring; with genetic modifications from their greatest fighters DNA. Year in that some are naturally born. But a lot of them are Vat-Bred. But when we come to Cawdor/Orlocks they are more cultural houses than genetic lineages; as they are either religious ideologies or gangs of the everyday people of the hives.

Everyone in the lower hive is some sort of ganger. But they vary. Escher and Goliath are closer to ethnic groups that share a culture and belief system. Whereas Orlock for example is basicly an industrial and mining union, and the cult of Redemption is just that, a cult/church.

Do you plan on covering the lore of the other Necromunda gangs/Houses?

I do! Just been on a journey of other things for a bit. But have a Delaque on the cards and will be doing more during the summer.

Very cool! Love the lore of the world even though it’s so complicated!! Escher are definitely my favourite and always have been. I still have the original metal miniatures somewhere. Can’t wait for the next vid!
