WHY would anybody buy a house within 2 miles of a big jail ?!!

I have some questions for the media. He killed a man in the state of Roraima in Brazil due to a debt. He shot the man in a city square ( plaza). Cold blooded murder. Roraima (RO) is a state in the Amazon, so this guy is a survivalist not because he took a class, but because he lived in the Amazon. I know because I've lived in one of those cities. The amazon cities are tremendously hot , extremely humid , you have dozens of bugs flying over your head , all kinds of mosquitoes and flies, spiders, etc. The humidity is unbelievable you get tired easily if you are not used to living there. my questions are : 1. has the police contacted the police in the state of roraima where he killed that man bc of money? The federal police too? 2. has the police contacted the family of the victim in Brazil to get more information about this guy ? 3. if he is a gang member like I read in the media in Brazil , he is very streetsmart , besides being a survivalist. what has the police learned about that gang? 4. when he arrived in the US illegally, he stayed with somebody. Who is this person ? was it his sister? Was it a friend ? 5. A question for lawyers: did people commit a crime by housing and feeding a murderer from Brazil? If so, have they been arrested by now? is it a criminal offense to to accept an illegal criminal who is a murderer from another country in your house and let him stay in the country? 6. somebody said that there is a train that goes through the place where he is. If there is , am convinced that he WILL jump on it If he is near the train. it does not matter if it's moving or if it stops, he WILL jump on the train and nobody will find this guy. He will try to get back to Brazil where he'll be able to fool the police for many , many years. 7. I read he got a fake ID. Apparently in Puerto Rico .question : has the police found out who is the person selling fake IDs in puerto rico? is the US government doing something about it ? 8. He is like a cat, small skinny and fast. He will try to get a car to escape, if there is no train. The weather there is a piece of cake for him.

Are they even looking or depending on tech ...is he even still there?

Back in 2020, I saw cops circling our block and that alerted me to something. I then saw 3 juveniles run into the neighbor's yard and hide in the spruce tree. After two or three attempts to flag down a cop car, I was finally successful. When the cop was approaching me he yelled out "where are they", and I told him to be quiet. I pointed to the spruce tree. The cop walked over to the tree and took 3 perps into custody after some modest venting. My point is that those spruce trees are a good place to hide. And unless the cops are searching each spruce, then....

If he was able to take clothes, he most likely took a knife or two. It's also handy for hunting. I wouldn't be surprised if he has matches, and dry cereal, juices and water. All he needs is a few empty bottles and he can fill up at any stream.
