I had a lovely time and I left my heart in Singapore. I always associate the country with my late, great dad. Whenever he was in a good mood, he'd always reminisce about the 14 years he lived there in his early adulthood. I'd love to keep coming back to Singapore just so I can somehow remain close to him.

Nice video. I did this trip too but it was last Dec from SIN-LAX around 14 hours it was tiring. Was your flight full? How was the passenger loading? I hope I can get an empty seat next to me when I travel to LAX again this coming Aug.

Thanks! My flight was not full surprisingly. There were a lot of people but the middle seat next to my window seat was empty. It was definitely tiring to sit through 17 hours. It went quickly because I slept through most of it and I could stretch my legs given the empty seat next to me. However I would opt for a flight with a layover next time I fly from LAX to Singapore.

Taken that trip to Spore 3 times but John Wayne to SFO and then Spore.

Nonstop was a bit much for me. I got lucky because the middle seat next to me was empty and I could stretch. I'd recommend a flight with a layover. In terms of food, they had snacks between meals that you can ask for. The actual meals weren't that great. The crew was fantastic though. I'd say it's worth it just for them.
