This video got me in a bit of a philosoical mood. Do you sufficiently realize how rich you are Robert? You are way richer then all the owners of those fancy waterfront properties. The liberty to go on the road with your Minitinie in tow and discover and expirience new places is something that can't be overstated. Don't be envious of those magnificent mansions! I really hope your wife enjoys it as much as you do. She must be sacrifising a lot when she goes out on those long trips with you. Anyhow, thx for taking me along for the ride, I really felt like I was on holiday with thios one. happy travels!

As a 32 year resident of Naples I can say the politicians are Midwest mongoloids that come from dilapidated towns are property taxes are high as hell impact fees to build anything on a lot is 55grand you need a permit for any thing think republican/but everything the complete opposite

Hi Robert i'm French and I discovered florida through your videos I came to florida in 2019 and naples is the place I liked the least.it's a very "bling bling" city for rich people.there is not much to do and see. I return to florida at the end of the month for 2 weeks at Key Largo,Everglades city and Sanibel.

Perhaps you should have taken a little closer look. On the east side of Naples, the Golden Gate Estates area has many beautiful homes in all price ranges. It is the largest planned community in the country, but with the freedom of doing pretty much what you like. Mostly large lots and very secluded areas. It is the fastest-growing area of Naples.

Thanks for the very interesting and beautiful vlog. I like to go to the beach at the end of avenue5 right downtown.. I guess I've always lucked out. It's just a cul-de-sac not much parking. I've always been able to park there and stroll down to the beach. The water is stunning that's my favorite Beach to go to in Naples. In fact I've never been to the one you go to 😆

Next time for a sunset dinner, check out Stiltz at the Marriott on Marco. It’s an elevated beachfront restaurant/bar with good food & great beach & sunset views. Great ending for a good season.

Having lived in Naples for over ten years, I can add there is so much more to this beautiful area. And of course, there is always the flip side that the local Chamber of commerce doesn't mention. We enjoyed our years there but later decided to move to a more normal area of the country. As mentioned in other posts, there are so many great areas of this country, each a bit different. We now have settled in the north Georgia/Southeast Tennessee area which has a much different beauty to it. But, watching this video certainly takes me back. It's nice to see the damage from Hurricane Erma is all but gone. As usual, great job.

I love the way you put us in your vehicles and we are there right beside you. I so enjoy your comentary of places you travel to. I have even picked up some cooking tips from you. I hope to be able to travel down to Florida this winter .I tell my family about you and your adventures. I look forward to many more of your videos.

I love the clear blue-green waters of the gulf coast...hope to be dipping my toe in them soon (well, more than just my toe, actually 🙂) One thing I learned about sunsets is don't give up on them too soon. A friend once said, "Just wait, you never know, magic happens!"

Lowdermilk Beach is amazing. The sand is so soft, water so clear and not rocky like some beaches.

I spent many a great sunsets,,, dozens and dozens of them ,,,, at the Naples beach hotel and golf club but I guess they're tearing that down now..

That mahi melt looked good. Im always looking for new fish dish to try.

We came back from The Keys on Highway 41 (41 runs from Copper Harbor, MI to Miami, FL.) and saw many alligators in the Everglades. Especially at the Rest Stop. Now we will have to check out Naples/Ft Meyers after seeing your video! 🌴

Hwy 41 is the north/south version of Route 66. I think I've been on just about all of it from end to end. At least what's left of it. It might be a great episode for Robert. Hwy 41 would give folks a good idea of the north and south and how the country changes. From Miami to the Canadian border. Naples, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Nashville, Chicago, Milwaukee, Green Bay, (Packers), and finally Lake Superior. Unfortunately, much of it is now the hated I75.

spent alot of time in this area. my stepsons granny lives there. i recommend the depot museum to anyone in the area its free and is alot to see. i spent a whole day at it.

Naples is nice but is overbuilt, over crowded, and very expensive. So expensive that local businesses are having a hard time finding good employees being that the average employee cannot afford to live there, nor wanna make the commute. Especially during peak season.
