You probably would reach above 200 bpm running. As long as it's not long term he should be fine. FYI I'm not a doctor, but have worked as a janitor.

Youre tripping bro theres divers and shit in the water and its a pool lol even if you pass out they got you but many things go wrong with hot air ballons they arent reliable and people die bungee jumping due to equipment failure not to mention they are outside and have way more of a chance to actually die unlike the heli simulation.
