How to workout videos as well. as an ex convict i also want to educate ex cons on how to not only stay out of jail or prison by turning the pain and set back of prison into something positive. the best way to make money and live the life you want is start with the body. change yourself physically will change your mindset.

Graduated from juvie to County (Middleton) Got to make it out thoe, Everything happens for a reason and if ur here and have the opportunity to make things right and get back on ur feet, Do it! A-lot of good people doing letters in the yards.

Same situation happened to my homeboy from Beantown Boston) had to finish and wrapped ip juvie time after bailing off from county. Also I was 14 in Nashua st for mistaken identity, Ice picked me up.
