Escabeche! We make this here in Puerto Rico. Theres too much cooking terms you use similar of us, like adobo too

@TheJalenpogi sa ibang bansa hindi po uso ang vetsin o msg..... sa pinas lang yun dahil kahit pinkulong tubig na me vetsin e ulam na! kung gusto mo tlagang matutong magluto e subukan mo wag gumamit ng msg,.

tama, meron dapat laya(ginger),cornstarch,then yung gamit nila sa isla res. ay yung ketchup ng pinoy...then cod fillet yung gamit nila sa isda....

there should be ginger in it..it would be best if u saute garlic, onion, ginger and red bell pepper then once it boils or until veggies are cooked add a little water dissolve with a little of cornstach so that its sauce is good to see

@bqndc Ohhh you're alive! LOL! It's easy to accept a criticism if it's a constructive one... and I can even thank a person for doing so. But yours was a destructive one because you made fun of the person in pronouncing the word. Now ... take my challenge ... speak Filipino and let us hear you pronounce each word if you can do it correctly! I am challenging you because I want you to see yourself ... that in speaking a foreign language .... you are also far from perfect!

1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan then fry both sides of the fish until a bit crispy. Set aside. 2. Heat a clean pan and pour-in the vinegar. Let boil. 3. Add sugar, whole peppercorn, and galic. Cook for 1 minute. 4. Put-in the onion and red bell pepper. Stir and cook until the vegetables are tender. 5. Sprinkle salt and then stir. 7. Put-in the fried fish. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 8. Turn-off heat and transfer to a serving plate. 9. Serve. Share and enjoy!
