Eurovision contents every year is so sleepy, Ladaniva finally wakes everyone.

A lot of aspects of this song are not Armenian but the main melody is. This is a real town in Armenia called Dilijan, it’s a spa town with chalets and beautiful nature. Armenia is fast becoming one of the top 5 to 10 destinations in the world. You really should visit. The country is full of monasteries, but everyone of them is epic in its own the way, in its location and its own style. Being the first Christian nation in the world it is full of ancient sites and its capital sits underneath Mount Ararat. Besides that, Armenia has great café culture and the people are really sweet.

@@claireregan9667 the song was made this year by Armenian musicians for the eurovision, and as an Armenian I can tell you 90 percent of this song is very Armenian, sadly many people within my own culture are not even aware of the sounds that we have traditionally used, this track pays mad respect to that

Armenia so many times knows how to use rhythms and dynamics so brilliantly. Also this time. This is one to fall in love...and it also follows so beautifully the roots of Armenia´s heritage. Love that energy and attitude of that vocal singer. Brilliant! What a package! Well done Armenia! Need to listen this one like 100 times more. 😍 And hopefully they can make this sound good enough in Malmö. I feel like this might be little kind of battle to make it work also in that final live performance close enough with this studio level.

10 years ago my family owned similar sewing machine. It previously belonged to my mother's grandma (it was black and gold "Zinger"). But she almost never used it and we had to move to another town so we left it in our garden. My mom wishes she sold it or gave to a museum then.

This is an amazing song. Every once in a while it dips out of my top 10, but I think I just like it enough that I sort of need to keep it there on principle.

The “Ascott” looking thing, is just a traditional Armenian neck piece called a “Taraz” ☺️

The song Carlena was thinking of but couldn’t remember the name is usually titled “Iko Iko” by most artists covering it, though the original 1956 song is called “Jock-A-Mo.” So now she or anyone else can look it up if they need to. 😊 I love this song! It’s currently #4 on my most played songs according to my Apple Music account. I agree with everything Rebekah and everyone said. It’s a great song and the music video is fun, too!

Will I be listening to this once the contest is over? Probably not. But I do think this will qualify based on pure positive vibes and joy and get a decent placing in the final. You could support your favourites without putting other songs down. Moldova 2022 also had "real quality" and a lot of people liked it. And even if you dont, you dont need to say it... You could just say "This is so underrated in the community. It will translate so well to the Eurovision stage. I see a top 10 finish" and leave it at that. The same comment without the unnecesary hate.

@@esthermonme4856 You could also just go on with your day and not decide to be the comment police for no reason. I don't think my comment puts Moldova 2022 down at all. It was the most fun song of the night that year and I voted for it multiple times. It also wasn't very radio friendly and had perfectly fine vocals, but not amazing. This song is just as fun and crowd friendly, but the singer is also incredibly talented and it should get good radio play too. Try not to find reasons to be offended when they're not there. It's a bad way to live ♥️

@@esthermonme4856 I appreciate that you think my comment could have been nicer and I'm sorry that you were offended by it, but you make it sound like I went on the Moldova 2022 music video and commented "This song has no real quality". That might have been what you heard, but it's not what I said. I'm allowed to have an opinion that Moldova 2022 was amazingly fun, but lacked a little quality in production and vocals. My goal is never to offend anyone, but as you've just shown, people today will find offence in absolutely anything, so it's hard to avoid that. If you had just said "I think Moldova 2022 was very high quality as well", we could have had a nice and friendly back and forth about it, but instead you came at it from an angle of trying to dictate what other people say and that is not the world we want to be living in. Believe me, you'll live a much happier life if you stop looking for offence and trying to tell others how to speak ❤

you saying that a song is similar to another, but with xyz trait means that the song you just compared it to lacks the quality you mentioned after so yes i read it the same as the first commenter, and then to go on and call them the comment police is really uncalled for. assume some fault and move on rather than make the person pointing out something you mentioned feel bad and use the "i voted for the song" excuse, it's getting really old
