ESC Guidelines: 2. Perioperative Handling of Antithrombotics (English Version)
The patient is taking antiplatelet, the other one is on long-term oral anticoagulant, both are scheduled for surgery.
Shall I stop these medications before the surgery or continue them perioperatively ?

As an abdominal surgery, it has low bleeding risk, but may increase according to the stage of the inflammation +/- presence of adhesions.
