This will never happen again. It breaks my heart. First Esbjorn crawls under your skin, and when you get to know more of his music, you realize that there's a limit. And it breaks your heart (which got filled with love for this guy just recently). What have you done to us, Esbjorn.

Pure genius. So deep, complex, and dark. May Esborn Svensson rest in peace.

Together with the Brad Mehldau trio they brought this music back to Jazz in a new way; adding electronic effects and tunes that had a rock/pop dynamic to them! Fantastic music and it was an honour and a great event to have seen them live!

I’ve listened to Esbjörn, Dan, and Magnus since 2011. Not a single moment of listening to them was wasted. And Dan and Magnus shone elsewhere too. Hearing Magnus play on albums with Lars Danielsson for example is a beauty to behold. Scandinavia has so much to teach us across the pond...

Lovely as always. I really can't do anything but agree with those who miss him. I just wonder, isn't the phrases in the very end of this video from 'Mingle in the mincing machine'?

A truly amazing performance by very capable, gifted performers. Where have they been all of these years? I will see the next time they are at Yoshi's. From the late Ebjorn Swenson Trio's "Eight hundred streets by foot" to Quasimodi's "Man from Nagpur" , Jazz is truly a global art form that knows no boundaries

Esbjorn has a lot of classical influence in his music. When God created the coffeebreak sounds a lot like Bach.
