ES POS Tutorial - How to clean 2 inch POS Thermal printer head ?
The steps for the cleaning of 58 mm pos thermal printer head:
Step 1 : Power off the printer and open the top cover. Remove the paper if there is any.
Step 2 : Wait for 5 - 10 minutes the printer head to cool completely.
Step 3 : Use a piece of soft cotton or bud, dipped with absolute ethyl alcohol to clean the surface of printer head.
Step 4 : Close the top cover and wait for 5 - 10 minutes to absolute ethyl alcohol has completely evaporated.
Step 4 : Restart the printer.

Sir I have a hoin bluetooth printer and printed paper in not coming out when we pull by hand it come out by pulling with hand. What is problem in it? How can solve my problem

It seems paper pushout motor complaint check the motor or contact with service provider.
