Dope soul Yes, this distance is so alluring but there is still that hesitancy of confessing their love for each other !although we can see the desire in their eyes to express it in their words ! It is uncertain until Halime is in a difficult position when she is being made to marry the Amir who is fascinated by her beauty, when she meets Ertugrul and makes a confession that she loved him when he asked her to marry him because she had her father and brother to be with ! Absolutely agree with you. Ertugrul and Halime’s love is pure. I really love this scene, i can’t get enough.. still watching from time to time.

I really love the way they are/were. So polite to each other, sweet and respected to their religion. It's really the Great Series of the Century. My tears dropped with Halime Suntan for many times.

Ertugrul's love and commitment to Halime is a major part of his character. By bringing the other woman it ruined his character for me and showed him rather weak. A man who has 3 grown up kids and power to conquer the world does not need a woman. He should not be shown to have any weakness like that. I hate the other woman even though i never watched season 5. I started first episode and coulen't bear it.

Best series I have ever seen and kurulus osman seams to be even better if that is possible and yes killing of Halima was huge blow for the series and I really don't understand what they were thinking as it was really a love story about those two absolute nonsense in my opinion..

Bozdag should not have killed Halima character as she was the integral part of the history. I dont understand why the director and writers did not honor the mother of the founder of the Ottoman dynasty. They simply ruined it.

I thought so too, after watching season 4. However, season 5 didn't disappoint. If anything, it was the best season in the series. The producers had their reasons for killing off Halime Sultan. The actress had left the show after season 4. Imagine the uproar it would've caused if she were portrayed by someone else in season 5. Anyways.. Waiting intently for Dirilis Osman now!
