Hi there, I don't have a manual or error description for this model. You have to call a Hyster technician or representative. Regards

Hello , we have hyster j2.50xm when trying to go forward or backword it moves slightly and stops , and that movment is only happening when the pedal is at certain position , what do you think the problem is ( the screen isnt working to show error codes ) .

Hard to say if the display isn't working already. You will have to replace the display or read out the truck with diagnostic software. Otherwise you would have to measure everything like battery voltage, accelerator switch and sensor etc etc

@@1600GSI we did fix the original display , it shows error 90 , AC traction motor high temperature . I bypassed the temperature sensor and the 3 phase cables were heating up , so now we are disassembling the front side to take out the motor for inspection .

Check the battery voltage under load. That the voltage isn't dropping to much when accelerating or lifting. Als check the electro motors like jammed or worn-out brushes. And als that the brake and handbrake is releasing properly.
