Ernie Haase and Signature Sound Quartet visits the Casey's Cookies kitchen to learn more about this not-for-profit that trains and employs disabled adults. They also get a lesson in cookie baking, sing a few bars of He Touched Me, and try out some of Casey's best cookie treats. Later that day, Ernie invites Casey to sing with Signature Sound at their concert at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks.
