@@DaveGorman31175 -- Oh, come on, Dave...Be Serious! When you think of "Finland/Music," you DON"T think of Edgar Varèse or Boulez...you think "Sibelius"! That Erkki-Sven Tuur really ever studied with Sibelius at The Sibelius-Akatemia strains credulity. (Greetings from San Agustinillo)

@@steveegallo3384 Firstly Tuur isn't even Finnish. Secondly, per Wikipedia, "He studied flute and percussion at the Tallinn Music School from 1976 to 1980 and composition with Jaan Rääts at the Tallinn Academy of Music and privately with Lepo Sumera from 1980 to 1984. From 1979 to 1984 he headed the rock group In Spe, which quickly became one of the most popular in Estonia." (and being in the midwest, can we trade weather?!)

@@DaveGorman31175 -- I was married in the '80s to the Estonian model Viju Kreem and assert without modesty that all the Finno-Ugric languages (including the old Hungarian) are indeed linguistically related and, that having been said, How on earth did you come upon Tuur in the first place? (True the weather here's perfect daily, although there's to be a rainy season starting July. But I do miss the German Potato Salad and Whitefish Salad I used to get at the Publix or Winn-Dixie Supermarkets in Hallandale Beach, Florida!)

@@steveegallo3384 I had access to a classical music archive which contained much familiar music, also contained hundreds, maybe thousands, of pieces by obscure composers that I wasn't previously familiar with. And I'll take your rainy season over our snowy season! I just need to win the lottery and move to Key West :)
