Kyle couldn't wipe her tears or hug her because she'd just had Covid. But they were there to go for a WALK. Erika has never gone to do physical activity with makeup, much less mascara that runs. Plus she starts crying and immediately takes off her sunglasses. That's not Erika's style in the past.

Erika is a fraud. She was w the old man as long as he could support her ridiculous lifestyle. As soon, as the chips started to fall, she left. She knew what was going on. Not once has she made a comment that showed any empathy/sympathy toward the true victims. All she has done is talk about how awful it is for her to have to downgrade to a smaller home in a wonderful neighborhood. Ridiculous!!!

Erica said on the boob tube that she had gotten the letter she signed for. This was something she knew for two years. She tells production she can’t answer that. Yet she is talking about everything else. If she would have shown any real remorse or acknowledge the actual victims instead of victimizing herself.

Just so you know, Jamie Lynn was made Trustee of Britney's entire estate! She stepped down once these court files were made public. We also have court files showing Jamie Lynn spending Britney's money on traveling. Lance Bass also said that he defended the conservatorship because Jamie Lynn told him to not believe the media and it was a good thing.

Just because Walmart has candles it doesn’t mean that Target, Bath and Body works, Yankee Candles, Anthropologie, P.F. Candle Co, Urban Outfitters or Wendy should not sell candles. If everyone thought like you none of these companies will have a candle line because Walmart sold candles. Okay, I don't think Erika knew SPECIFICS, but I'm coming around to believe that she knew SOMETHING. The mascara thing bothers me less than this: 1) Erika not so subtly setting up the defense that Tom has dementia or Alzheimers--saying he was changing in front of her eyes and wouldn't accept or discuss it with her--when there was no hint of any cognitive deficits prior to this whole thing going down. 2) Notice in the last episode how she sets up the argument that she's made her own money in the last several years with her book, shoe collab, makeup collab, Broadway, etc. Basically trying to protect money she earned separate from Tom. 3) Even if she didn't know what was going on at the time, she clearly knows now, if she was a decent person, she'd be handing over that $20M Tom parked in her LLC.

The divorce is a scam and she is trying to validate it by coming up with this stories about him and at the same time saying he lost his ability to help him too. Regardless of all she is an adult in a marriage that she chose to be in spending money willingly therefore she now needs to take the fall too. I understand she is scared about losing all the money but that’s life if I start to spend all my money frivolously and choose not to know if I have or not will also happen to me and regardless how much I cry afterwards I’m still responsible for my choices !

The mascara thing is simple. Her glam squad usually did her make up so she prob just grabbed one not thinking. Second most hate waterproof. It broke off a whole chunk of mine in my sleep and took 4 yrs to grow back. I'm no Erika fan but Camille has no room to put anyone down. I'm sure the glam squad knew she was gonna swim and put waterproof on her. Kyle wouldn't even hug her because of covid filming rules yet people complain she didn't wipe her tears. She can't do that on camera or they can't film. I have followed Ron Richards and I think she knew. I have no sympathy for her but the little things fans try to analyze out of hating her are rediculous! I hope she has to pay every penny back if she knew. The showing shows was embarrassing. All the poor people in the world and what they are being accussed of made her flaunting even worse. There are people who can't afford a root canal to save a front tooth and she's showing a room just for shoes. She really has no clue how she looks.

I haven't followed what has happened but I remember her having a breakdown right after having two children then being faced with divorce and the possibility of losing her children. I agree she probably had postpartum issues and was partying a bit. What young person who has been in television or on a stage their whole life hasn't partied a little bit too much? I'm not saying it's right but this is not means to throw them into slavery. I listen to Britney talk the other day. Was she said was absolutely heartbreaking. If this poor woman can do multiple world tours, Vegas residency, commercials, who knows what else then she has no need for these fools. I think the first thing she needs to do is press charges against each and every one of them! Every time she's tried to speak up in the past they have drugged her unnecessarily, thrown her in institution like places and facilities. The first thing she needs to do is hire forensic accountant to go through each and every thing these people spent money on. She needs to find out where her money is. Someone who has been famous since she was a child, she's had perfumes I believe, a Vegas residency, multiple world tours, not to mention all the albums has to be worth way more than 50 million dollars. I'm not saying that's not a lot of money but it's not a lot of money for being Britney Spears. She also needs to get ahold of the Attorney General and have them go through exactly what this judge and attorneys have been doing for the past 14 years. That judge needs to be disbarred plain and simple. She needs to find somebody to look into medical malpractice of all the doctors she has seen and find out if they've been paid off. I really don't think that she has nothing wrong with her except that she's been abused since childhood. That's my honest opinion. I think she doesn't even know how to act like an adult because she's never been given the chance. She has these idiots in charge of her money and her person paying themselves more months then she even gets and working her 7 days a week. For goodness sakes this woman hasn't even been able to make decisions life if she wants to drive to the store, use a phone, go on a vacation, go shopping, have friends, go on a walk, she can't do anything normal people do. Yet she can be the choreographer and Dancer / singer in a Las Vegas residency for how many years? None of it makes sense! I really hope this has gotten the attention of people who have some influence and power over these people who have done her wrong. There is no need for any of this and her father and her family need to be far away from her. That judge the fact that she hasn't gotten rid of the conservatorship after she knows that by Britney speaking out they retaliate against her is putting her arrest and she knows damn well that she's done her wrong and not done her job. We can only guess how many millions went in her pocket. The entire thing is absolutely nauseating and disgusting period we are in the United States of America yet somebody is able to enslave a person to essentially make millions of dollars for them and everyone else on that team including all the doctors, lawyers and judges in my opinion!!!

As a side note, I personally don't see Rosanne AT ALL, but as far as looks a bit like Kathy Bates or Ann Wilson or an older Priscilla Presley (the hair she had from the late '60's, lol). Gotta love her.

I read that at the time but Brittany also said people were constantly pulling her hair. And that's why she shaved it. Other celebrities have complained about the media treatment and how physically rough they were. The media were horrible back then, look at how they treated Princess Diana.

Who of them did that? When? I totally missed it, I only noticed them complimenting the house. On RHOC however, one of the wives, Gina, got pepper for her real nice house that she bought after becoming a single mother. She said it really hurt her feelings and that she was proud having bought what she could afford. I think it is really rude to criticise people’s homes like that!

It's hard watching a "frivolous fun" housewife show knowing what's going on in now time. Like everything she says must be like a gut punch to Joe & his mother & Kimberly. "Oh she has a hot tub & the bill for heating the pool was so high blah blah etc" what a burden ?? Erica was interesting to watch since she joined the show, but it's just all so messy it makes me uncomfortable to watch. Especially as decided to peel off little pieces of her life/story for her "friends?" We don't all know all the truth even now. I think she should have taken the season off to deal with her divorce at least.

Heather,enjoy your podcasts but you really need to do better research.Anne Bancroft in “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane”!It also gets a bit tiresome when you ask your guest a question & don’t let them answer w/o interrupting.

I really like Kimberly Archie as a commentator on the Girardi case but I think she should be a recurring guest even when the case is over (perhaps for other legal stories?). I think the Roseanne comparison is more about the accent. Kimberly, you look lovely. I appreciate your knowledge of the law and relatable perspective.

Yes this is me reading. Great point about Betty Broderick but Erika does have a good attorney now but yes maybe she stayed for that reason.

I only have flameless candles, because I would forget and burn my house down..this happens with aging_ good my stove is electric. Same with sprinklers..lol__Wendy has no storyline..trying to fight with new lady & Gizelle which is phony because they are both Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority for life..you would never fight with your soror # Kamala Harris.
