God bless Eric Clapton. ...we are very fortunate to have him here
So happy for Eric Clapton. He is a legend. So glad I saw you in concert.
This interview becomes one more reason to love my hero, Eric, for me.
I think this lady did a great job of a real and honest portrayal of Eric Claptons life, especially his younger years when Ben Palmer his friend, revealed so much about Eric in those years. Great research and very well made.
I've always been awed by his humility. If you did not know who he is or what his line of work is or anything about him you would never guess he is known as the greatest guitarist of his generation. I can't think of anyone in that industry who is that accomplished and yet humble. It doesnt appear he likes talking about himself. He's the world's music man and that's enough for me. Eric, keep doing what you're doing forevermore. You're our Forever Man.

It's.Brilliant!
Eric is my biggest inspiration ❤ From 17 years old, hearing the band Cream. I said whomever is playing the 🎸 guitar...that's the way I want to play...I'm now 70
Good documentary much like his book, that i didn't put down until i was finished four hours later.
Clapton speaks briefly about his sobriety and 30 years. One of the folks for me 25 years back that was pivotal in my sobriety was Maurice Gibbs. Not in a musical sense but in a real life context. Cardinal rule for Mr. Gibbs was he would speak with me and counsel me only about sobriety...mention of music or music biz etc would cause him to get up and leave instantly.

What a legacy
I also think the Martin Scorsese George Harrison movie a few years ago got EC to think of his own movie!
The Guitar or should I say, the magic that comes out of it, to me that's God, (the vibration) that's the universe talking to us. That's why we can get so lost in the beauty of music. To me the Guitar is the best and most powerful instrument on this planet. Nothing has ever touched my heart so much as the sound of a guitar. In my heart, the Guitar is God, and that would make Clapton Jesus... Amen 🎸 God bless 🌟

Yes!
Genius !
Not worth bothering with since his debut solo album, although From the Cradle had a couple of worthwhile moments. In the 60s and early 70s, however, I loved his playing.
Moderate drinking is acceptable the main problem with it when tragedy happens in a person's life that's when it can consume and destroy you
Thank you Eric for all you do for all of us thru your music .Making and showing people that thru the worst of times you can be sober. God bless you for paying it forward. Please give to Crossroads Antigua it will make your ❤ feel good.
EC OK 😎🎸👑💯✌🏼❤️

Clapton had nothing to do with that, that was down to lawyers representing the record label and industry in Germany who have been clamping down on bootlegs and copyright infringement. The reason why Clapton was dragged into this was because a women was trying to sell a bootleg Clapton album and was advised several times by those lawyers not to proceed with selling an illegal album, but she basically told the to FO and carried on, so she was sued. The way the press reported it suggested that Clapton had brought about the lawsuit and demanded money from the woman, which was absolutely not true. As I said, he had nothing to do with this. He didn’t receive any money as a result either.
