No it wouldn't. But you know, he didn't really much care for the song, and wanted to make changes, but couldn't, because they had already filmed the dance scene. However he did make some subtle changes (guitar rifs etc) I know he was sure glad he did do the song for sure. I know i am as a fan......

When I first started talking to my wife , was a lil over a year ago , married 6 months in. This song was always in my head while waiting to see her everyday. This song has been haunting me the entire day today. I played it really loud as soon as I got home, only to learn Eric had passed away over a month ago. Now I am both sad and happy, so I'll be listening to his songs for the rest of the night, in memory of Eric. Rest in peace, Mr Carmen. It would be impossible for me to imagine 80's pop culture, movies or my childhood without your great music. Thank you! I'll be enjoying it until my time is up.

I am 40... but i absolutely love music from the 60's 70's 80's and 90's. I think the 80's had some of the BEST music. What a great time it must have been growing up in the 80's with all these classic hits. They certainly don't make music like this anymore.
