What are you talking about, I easily eat 9 portions of mushrooms a week. I add mushrooms to every food I make save for breakfast. How is that infeasible? Not to mention that mushrooms are not the only food that contains it, tempeh contains even more.
What are you on about? Eating 9 portions of mushrooms a week is far from difficult.
I'm about to buy my 1st bottle of this supplement.. I hope that it does for my body that it's claimed to do..

It may seem like it's too much; however, this isn't that hard - Grow Oyster Mushrooms. With a little bit of research, one would find that they're easy and fast to grow; help save major costs compared to supplementation; guarantees ergothioneine, whereas, supplements may lie; and oysters + other mushrooms are incredibly healthy.
