I would imagine the terms ergonomics and anthropometrics will come up in some form. Possibly as an evaluation question as with the sample material from AQA.

That's a big question! Something which I think would be beneficial if you haven't done so already is look at the sample paper and mark scheme on AQA (www.aqa.org.uk/subjects/design-and-technology/gcse/design-and-technology-8552/assessment-resources?start_rank=11) My bet is that as the specification is new, they won't deviate too far from the material they have shared with schools in the sample paper. Ergonomics and anthropometrics commonly feature on the GCSE too. Often you will be asked for a definition and/or, be given examples of products and asked to identify which anthropometric data would be taken and how ergonomics has been addressed. There was even a high marking question on working triangles a few years back.

This is for AQA though many topics will still be valid for OCR.

yh ocr doesnt have these topics it has sustainability and stuff

It is for AQA but, many of the topics will appear in the OCR specification too.
