Loved following along, watching how you would interpret each album into a cake! Great cake/album series! ✨

I think it's cool that you were willing to really give each album a chance by giving them multiple listens, and not only do that, listen enough to be able to create a cake representing each album. (All of them gorgeous!) You are a 100% creative person & I love that your chosen medium is cake!

I had the same experience with ttpd. It wasn't until I was like midway on my third listen that the album and all the songs just clicked. The more I listen, the more songs I find myself liking. I find it also makes nice background music while working on other stuff because of the consistency in the music. There are no suddenly super soft and quiet or super loud and poppy songs. The consistency becomes kind of comforting.

That's not how music is supposed to be, It's supposed to hook you in from the moment you listen. You shouldn't have to listen to it dozens of times to understand what the person is trying to convey. She's gotten way too oversaturated so she can't write well anymore because she's just way too focused on putting out more music than putting out a little bit less music but having that music be higher quality.

Yyyuuusssss another WAOLOM fan! The really big feels came for me on like the 3rd listen when I realised that this isn’t a break up album about/for Joe Alwyn but the situationship with Matty Healey. Also, I adore these called! Lover is my favourite album but at the concert - we didn’t get ttpd in Oz so obvs it’s out of the running by default.- rep was SO THE BEST FUN ERA. So buzzing it was unhinged.

Without being a swiftie or having listened to any songs on the album yet, i love this cake! I love how its a book omg I want to see you do more book cakes! ❤ It is so good! Also you are an amazing friend chugging through 11 albums, even the last one that decided to be 31 songs just becuse she asked you too. You have way more stamina and patience thajn I do haha

A lot of people said this about this album. I haven’t listened to it but I find it interesting that so many people have said this. Her regular fans and those who really aren’t fans said the same thing. They had to listen to it a few times because it is different. She’s getting older and her sound is going to change and go back and change it’s normal with artist who are around longer.

Beautiful cake, but I've also got a book bias. ;) You can like an artist without becoming one of The Fan Core. I always feel like fanaticism level of "fan" makes it you can't enjoy other artists in the same medium. I've not really listened to any Taylor Swift, but she's obviously got music people like. More power to her, her fans, and anyone who just enjoys her music.

I'm sorry..... you shouldnt have to listen to a (super long) almbum 5+ times to "like" it. 31 songs and only a couple stood out? To me, that's a bad album. If you force yourself to listen to anything enough times, it'll get stuck in your head and you might mistake that for liking it. Regardless, super amazing cake!

My guess is that no you've not been turned in to a swifty and that's just based on personal experience. My teen is a HUGE Lana del rey fan and we listen to her daily, I probably know every song from every album, including when she was Lizzie, and enjoy and sing them daily in fact i have several fave songs.. but am I a stan? No. But please let us know, maybe I'm wrong!
