The look on Carter's face with Benton's review of him is him realizing he shouldn't take everything Benton said to him at face value. It's amazing.

Carter got really f**ked up in some episodes. I'm surprised he didn't sue the hospital for being an unsafe work environment.

I work in a hospital as a CNA and nursing student. They are very hazardous places. A lot of the stuff that happens in this show actually happens in real life. Not necessarily helicopter explosions, but people waving knives, pointing guns, attacking staff, yes that happens.

@@EUROPAMusicOfficialChannel I can concur with that however many times ours had already been disarmed by cops by the time we got them. I used to work psych on an adult male forensic unit. Your week wasn't complete until somebody tossed a log at you. At least you hoped it was solid enough to be a log.

I was 25 in 95 when this show started!! Loved it then, love it now!!!

Yeah, but she mellowed considerably in the last season she was there!

Scenes like the rocket launcher and the falling helicopter crushing romano were too absurd to be on such a good show

The funniest part of Carter being kicked is that he landed on that guys bad leg.

It's too bad she couldn't be cast as Dr. Catherine Banfield, the series' last ER Chief. If they wanted a strong Black female lead, they could have done better than overacting Angela Basset.

I never watched this show when it first aired, of course the show went on air when I was barely a year old, but my folks watched it. Now that I'm watching reruns, my dad loves to play the game "guess who?" with me. We do this with SVU as well lol

❤I wasn’t able to watch when first came on was working full time and going to school but now able to see and the best writing directing cast and very true to to a real life ER when I worked in the ER adult and children
