Maybe the irony is the whole "False Hope" they tried to give him, he gave them what seemed like enough time at a glance/in the heat of the moment, only for them to do everything right and still die, kind of like what they tried to do to him by conning him into thinking they cured his cancer.

It seems pretty obvious that Kramer didn't want to let this batch of victims survive. Aside from the eyeball vac trap, the others don't even give you enough time to perform the task even if all of them had been performed by trained experts. Maria's challenge might be the only exception, but I think she just wanted to live more than any of the others. The brain-tissue removal was literally impossible under that time limit, even if he had managed to get enough tissue out to not be cooked by the mask he WILL expire from brain hemorrhaging or infection.

Well tbh, he gave them 3 minutes each, triple the amount of time they usually get, and two of them spent a minute each arguing and complaining before actually doing the game. John was surprisingly generous with these games compared to others.

@@Drail2089 I mean, that’s human nature. If anything, that lets people know that Kramer really isn’t the Redeemer he thinks he is.

I love that even he agrees that Valentina's death is so messed up for only needing like 3 more seconds. Really one of the things that drags the movie down a bit, but the trap itself as much as I hate to admit it, is one of the best, most gruesome ones. Let's face it: Valentina should not have been in this trap, it should have been Cecelia, 100%

​@@Velantegshe was supposed to be in this trap but john planed whole situation with her partner to came and lock john with her in trap. Cecilia probably died anyway cuz door didnt unclocked after she survived and they all left her and never came back probably.

I watched it in 4DX. Jesus Christ the sprays as they imitated the blood splatter and the chair shaking made it extremely immersive.

All traps were brutal and original, except for the last one, it was boring as fuck. A scuffle for an airhole? Come on! This should have led to a bloody vicious battle.

IDK if you saw that part, but just before to the eyeball vacum trap there is a scene where Jigsaw seed a patient who has finger traps installed. So the trap being similar is definitely intentional. Though, it's also worth noting that the eye trap doesn't actually happen. It was all in John's imagination after he witnessed a custodian contemplating stealing from a patient (but as the man ended up deciding not to steal Jigsaw didn't end up actually putting him in the trap).

I recently watched all the parts of this movie. And I'm glad you released a video on this production. Thank you) will wait some more

I actually watched this entire movie, one thing that I find so weird is how nobody throws up. Like watching someone cut their own leg off would definitely make you throw up at least I would.

Loved this reaction! Have been waiting for this one for months.The bone marrow trap is one of my favorites in the entire series. Valentina's death probably the most disturbing to watch, just seeing her body and head beside her amputated leg. Hope to see more Saw content. You might even enjoy reacting to the storyline of Saw X itself from a medical ethics standpoint.

Im so happy you decided to cover saw x! The theme of this movie was basically medical stuff, and since you’re a doctor it fit perfectly!

I saw this movie in theaters the day it came out (in Brooklyn at least), and I fucking loved this movie. I was so stoked for this movie that on 2 different occasions (at the end when Hello zepp came on and when detective Hoffman was on screen) I let out very audible "Fuck yeahs" and sheepishly apologized for my outbursts. Loved the movie so much that I've seen the film another 9 times after the initial screening

out of ALL SAW traps I have ever watched, from the very first SAW movie to SAW Spiral, SAW X had in my opinion the hardest to watch traps. It was such a ick to watch the leg getting saw off and the end exspecially too (not to spoiler anything)

@@_somestuff true, the rack was really brutal. The fishhook one from Saw 3D was hard aswell, because you couldnt see what is happening from inside, you could only imagine the pain in your throat

I feel like any sort of Saw trap in real life would just result in going into shock then dying before the traps even go off

The good thing about john kramer the original jigsaw is if you survive his game he takes you to get medical treatment

You forgot the Bloodboarding Trap, the Gas Chamber Trap, and the Scar Tissue Trap, but other than that, great video!

On the first one I was really confused on why the man was screaming in pain because to me it looked like that really thin top layer of skin split. But now I know thanks to you Dr. ER.

Watching the scene before the first trap is helpful since it gives some idea on where the trap came from

One thing I have to say that I love about saw is that the movie makes you feel a type of like turning in your stomach, and it's so weird. , I don't know how to explain it in a way, but it makes you feel so uneasy but you can't take your eyes off the screen, you know?

Cecilia told Gabriella to go for the foot to kill her quicker. Had she fallen the machine may not have reached. She knew she had the upper hand

1 of the things I love about Saw X is that it was filmed in an actual city, Mexico City, to be specific 😊

One of my favorite movies of last year, good video, Dr. Wagner! I like how you go in depth about these injuries!

After seeing all the saws, the eye suction trap is my fav, poor the trap was only the imagination of the jigsaw, but the tension was real

I would have no problem with the eye part atleast. breaking 5 fingers is literaly nothing compared to dying. That person had the easiest thing to do out of them all. He should have just "speed runned" the thing instead of hesitating .

Hey doc actually whenever the head is removed from the body the head is still conscious for only a few seconds. So you can still see stuff happen but you can't move anything. Pretty much it's a few seconds of torture. Love your vids by the way. Have you ever thought of reacting to the movie monster "Alien" injuries?

@@KnownWellAsPrincessS No not really. Once you are severed from your spine the only thing that you will be to do is see. All the feeling of touch and connection are gone because of the the bundled nerves in the spine.

Yes, there's no air coming in behind the eyes, the eye sockets would fracture and pull in air from the ear canals.

I feel like almost all of these would be over in a instant if they didn’t hesitate and just get it over with, yes they are in stressful situations and they will get hurt but it’s better than dying.

Yeah it definitely was. Especially the moments leading up to it, You can see how scared she was and how she had to work so hard to just muster up the courage to make the first cut alone.

The eyeball sucking trap is just completely ridiculous. Like you said the pull force needed to get the eye dislodged is insane, plus it's a vacuum, not only would the eye come out but the entire head would just implode. It's the most unrealistic trap in the Franchise, and all he had to do was just dislodge a few fingers? Laughable easy task and no realism, easily making it the worst trap.

I had leukemia which is basically what you said about the bone marrow having cancerous cell that’s what leukemia is. Also I been cancer free for almost 7 years and I got a transplant from my brothers bone marrow. Also love watching this vids hoping to become a cancer doctor or specialist.
