    What happens if there are a group of people making a decision and they appear to be voting in ways that indicate several different types of discrimination (such as sex and disability). The difficulty I am currently facing is not knowing if other members of the group made decisions based on race. Its clearly very unhelpful to have a mix of protected characteristics even if its not the combination that is the issue.

    If a man or a woman had been with the company for more than 4 years and started employment under a contract as a mr/or mrs as a strawman or fictitious entitie.then changed his or her standing or status in life to a living man or woman and then brought it to the attention of his or her employer to change the contract and they did nothing would that come under the equality law 2010 (13) part 5
