CORRECTION: set to manual NOT automatic if you are setting IP address MANUALLY (ie STATIC). If you use automatic then it overwrites your manual address if DHCP server is found.

why do you need to set the gateway? You already set it to "get ip address" to automatic ?

No need to mess with windows settings/properties. As we can see on 02:32 are all set and ready to go. You are just deleting and re-typing the same info there and there is no need to do such thing!

did you use a special cable/cross cable to connect from the laptop to printer?

I used a standar cat5e and worked fine.

When I connect the printer it works and the test print works but when I try to print a real order it sticks and then say write port times out error

you need to put the pc on the same ip.. so put the pc on 192.168.192.8 or 9 or 10

I have the same problem. Did you figure this out? And I do have the PC on the same subnet (as suggested below).

When u print, is it from the broswer or an android app, can this print from browser?
