ive heard of people printing borderless on the f170 how can I do this on Mac or pc using photoshop

When I print from a pdf on my F170, the colors are off. For example purple comes out burgundy…how do I correct this?

Great tips. I’m experiencing communications errors. Any advice? I’ve already uninstalled, turned off, unplugged… all the things. I’m at my wits end! I’ve got Christmas orders to get out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, when you download the drivers, get the whole package and use the one based on your operation system. I haven’t had that issue with my printer.

Hello. Great tips although they did not address a issue I am having. I own a epson surecolor f170 that is printing in a odd way. Like about 1/4 of the beginning of the image prints with a ghosting effect. Double image. Afterwards the remainder of the image prints out perfectly fine. I did run the nozzles cleaning and alignment features on the epson and the results I get from running the quality print test come out perfectly fine. Zero issues. I just find it very odd that only about 1/4 of any image I pring is ghosted while the rest of the image is fine. Do you have any idea why this could be happening? Any advice will help. Thanks!

Hi, I am not sure. Have you checked the maintenance box? Maybe it needs to be replaced

I watched your video to get my yellow and black working. It got the yellow working, but I can't get the black to work at all. Any recommendations? I have gone through the head cleaning process NUMEROUS times (like 10).

Hello! Please check my video to see if you really need to change your maintenance box. If you don't need to change it, I will print more black circles until the black ink comes out properly. You can try printing more circles and doing a couple of cleanings to achieve this.

Do I just keep cleaning if the head does not unclog?

Yes, for me the easiest way is to print a bunch of circles of the color that is clog.

Hola ami el rojo ni magenta sale ni similar..el rojo me sale amarillo y el magenta salio verdesito..lo eh limpiado varias muchas veces...y cambie la caja de mantenimiento hoy pensando q eso resolveria el problema

Hi, this printer doesn’t work properly with the Epson app for mobile devices. You need a computer.

My magenta would not work I did so much check what do I do?

If I was you, I will print circle of that color until the color comes out, then make at least two cleanings.

Que pasa si las tintas se vencen adentro de la impresora, o eso no le afecta
