Epson original dampers used in the printer are direct flow dampers. Assembly is critical. DTF inks are thick so we need to replace dampers once or twice in 6 months. Its easy to remove Original dampers but you cant fix it again easily. Ink leaks and mixes in other colors. So the head assembly is changed. Use HS2 solution to keep the head wet. Remove dampers and fill head with solution. In pipes and dampers u can clean it with water and keep it even for 1 month if the vacation is too long. Printer that we provide has simple head capping like L1800. U can remove dampers easily. Thank you.

Print quality and color output is better on epson boards , no doubt in that , but speed and consistency will always be more on dedicated printers but at higher cost

Old video it is but yes. You can use any XP600 print head. You can use xp600 Manifold with original head too.

@@mhnoni Head is not the problem. Ink and Damper replacement is… with xp600 manifold you can easily replace the damper and thats the only reason people use custom manifold with original head. At our place we are confident about inks we use so we dont replace manifold

No sir… don’t convert if u want to print on normal paper. Without even converting it prints on normal papers. DTF is only for fabric printing. No mugs/ crystals/ keychains etc. Dedicated to fabric printing.

Cleaning the blade with pure water or HS2 solution is the only way. Mostly in a year you need to replace complete capping station.

Yes undoubtedly. But on the other hand for those who don’t have budget to invest , they can also start their own DTF in-house. Deliverables are as per the investments brother. If you can invest 4 L rs for DTF production then close your eyes and dont buy this printer…. This is the best printer for startups and high quality color outputs and not for the production purpose. Its already mentioned in the video. Just to add in your comment - Every DTF printer has same amount of maintenance.

@@utv...6902 there is no such standard time. Print head can clog in 1 or two days also. I will recommend, if you dont have a confirmation about orders you get or if you can not atleast clean print head on time, do not convert and use DTF

Yes. Dont get into DTF because there is no warranty. Seems you can not make the printer work. But the fact is 1000+ people are using small printers efficiently for DTF. And epson will never provide service to DTF printers because they dont recommend or sell DTF printers. Thanks for sharing knowledge but most of the people who convert printers to DTF , they know about this already. And we are not a service centre of EPSON , we serve to our customers only.
