Am i missing something? There are only 1440 hours in two months. Even if its just a little over 2 months. That means the projector was never turned off for 60++ days?

Could you tell me what the power rating on the adapter is..I’m seeing a cheap on for sale without the cord/ac adapter and and hoping I have a spare from a defunct laptop or other device.

From experience anything with an external power brick should only be replaced by something explicitly sold for said product. Given this needs anywhere from 73W to 102W this is something a laptop charger could either supply to little or to much power to. A replacement will cost about $67.19. compassmicro.com/ac-adapter-for-epson-ef11.html compassmicro.com/power-cord-for-epson-ef11.html

I use an Epsom for living room, 3300 lumens, and a fabulous Anker Astro which although branded almost as a kids toy, is definitely the best projector I’ve ever owned! @@lazyphantom_13 that's what I'm trying to figure out right now, the dynamic range is pretty decent on it's own, I've been testing it out on various wall at my place. The room it's setup in has a kind of rustic look to the walls (textured) so I either need to get a screen or figure something else out. considering buying a cheap screen and painting it grey to added contrast.

I’ve got an ef11 since June. It started great and then it showed some weird behaviour, it would shut off randomly. Eventually it would do it more and more often. I couldn’t return it to Amazon so I had to talk to Epson, they shipped a new unit. New unit started great and slowly showed the same symptoms. They shipped a new AC adapter. No improvement. I’ve tried unplugging everything but the power cable, a different room, and the outcome is always the same. Sometimes it powers on, sometimes it doesn’t. And when it’s on, it can last 2 minutes or 30 minutes, but it’ll eventually shut off randomly. All settings reset to factory. It doesn’t look to be overheating. When the power light pulses, it’s always blue, not orange. Anybody have any ideas what’s going on ? Thanks !!!!
