i always get communications error. with the software left on, i power off the printer and on it back, then switch the printer back on. still unable to get the software to communicate with the printer.can u advise?

It seems to be a virus but its not, you can use it with peace of mind. If you have doubts then you can use in another pc rather than your personal computer.

Somethint stuck inside, rotate the feeder roller with hand forcefully and then turn back on and check
