Briefly it can be!- Suppose your research topic is to find out employee behavior towards organizational change.! Ontology- how employess are actually behaving in real.! (REALITY) Epistemology- what previous studies/literatures are available for supporting this behavior so that you can make assumptions. (STUDY OF KNOWLEDGE) Search- Explicit Commerce Classes (for research support)

Perhaps, we can relate these pathways as ontology-epistemology-axiology. Since ontology gives us the idea about the reality, then we gather knowledge about that reality, followed by it is tested though value-laden (axiology). I hope, am in a right direction
